I always say, sort the irrelevants from the things that matter then prioritize. But of course that will only work if your values are sound. Then work hard on the task.

I study/read work related literature, manuals mostly. Works all the time. Mental exercises would tire and make you fall asleep faster than physical exertion. It is a different story if it's sex. If everything else fails, there is always Benadryl.

Polly's
Tried it and found it really good, even the one with caramel. Only downside is they go out of stock real quick.

mga dudes and dudettes.......
ask ko lang kung may mga brothers tyo d2 na may alaga na PIT...
either showtype or performance line...
LETS BOLT IN!!!!!!!!
My pits (brothers from same litter) were sired by a famous, good tempered stud. To my dismay, mine grew up aggressive. Anyare? They are free to roam around my place as with my other rotts. They get along only with dogs and people in my home, very suspicious of others. Protective instinct overdose? Minsan OA na sila eh. But they love playing with children kahit Hindi kilala. Pero kahit papaano at least meron pa rin saving grace.

Jco's ok, not fantastic tho. Be sure to have them fresh, not to save them for later. Ang bilis tumigas.

I will always choose blanched peanuts over branded ones.

Skyflakes with Boursin or any good cream cheese w/ garlic and herb. With coffee of course.

How can a cheater, stop cheating?
I know a lot have done it. But I think a lot more are having a hard time doing it. The question refers to how to stop cheating before things seriously get out of hand.
How can you dismiss the thought of a kiss, a smooch, a conversation with a potential lead.
The word cheating somehow doesn't describe the hurt that will result from it. Betrayal is a more appropriate term.

I remember in the 70's that there was a "panaderia" in Frisco near Talayan Village that sold pan de sal. Is that bakery still there? ( Del Monte Avenue/Roosevelt area). They made pan de sal that I remember. They were huge, crusty, heavy, but soft in the inside. Just one or two pieces will be enough for a good breakfast. I used to toast it with Anchor butter and top it with Reno potted meat or liver spread or Tome spanish sardines or Marca Aguila/Lady's Choice Guava Jelly. It was really yummy and satisfying.
My father and I used to drive all the way to that bakery along Roosevelt every weekend. It's not there anymore, I recently found out.
You are right. A good pan de sal is crusty outside and a bit chewy inside. And of course it has to have the right amount of salt. They don't make 'em that way anymore. My sister in New York bakes her own, and hers is consistent with what a good one should be. NASA pag masa daw ang secret.
I like mine with Edam with butter or Chinese ham with butter.

Lack of GENUINE concern for country and fellow Filipinos. Bayanihan's suppose to be a Filipino trait we can be proud of, but I don't see it. We are so susceptible to abuse. Basta makikinabang, labas na sa bintana ang mga prinsipiyo.
Isa pa ay yung kabakyaan ng marami sa atin. I hate it when when even girls talk like fags. Too much local show biz perhaps? Network owners don't give sht about being socially responsible and doing their part in educating the masses. I know it is business but, regardless of the cost to society?
Worst day, ever!!!!!

Just the other day. I was in a hurry to get to an appointment. My car battery died. Called motolite, no available technician at the moment. Took two hours before it can be replaced. I was flying along nlex to catch up.
