  1. TIPS FOR 6 PACKS ABS.

     

    FOR STARTER:

     

    -30 mins jogging.

    -After jogging, push-up, Sit up, Arm push ups. 12 reps. 3 sets

     

    diet plan:

     

    morning: 1 cup of rice, egg or ham, or tuna

    lunch: 1 cup of rice, chicken(skinless) or more on protein foods like tuna and beef., water

    dinner: 1 banana, or oat meal cereals.

     

    TRY FOR 1 MONTH.

     

     

    FOR ADVANCE:

     

    -30-1HOUR jogging.

    -After jogging, push-up, Sit up, Arm push ups. LEG RAISE 12 reps. 4 sets

     

    diet plan:

     

    morning: 1 cup of rice, egg or ham, or tuna

    lunch: fruits (Watermelon, pinapple, banana etc.)

    dinner: 2 banana.
