I have a colleague who happened to be an almost a senior citizen. We are in the same position/designation. She's acting childish (pa-baby). Everybody's pissed off with her presence coz she always brags her performance n the past and present job. Everybody wanted to get rid of her. Pero lagi nyang pinagsisiksikan ang sarili nya sa group. By the way, we are in the same team in the BPO industry. Lagi ko na nga binabara pero mayabang talaga. What shall I do?

I see her attitude as more of feeling inferior rather than a display of superiority.
Try to understand her, because you will be in her situation, a few decades from now. You will be someone who will struggle to be noticed and you will be someone who needs to belong in a group of dynamic and young people. You will in the future be surrounded by people who are stronger, more witty and more energetic than you. What do you think is needed for you to be noticed?

She probably needs a friend more than anything else.
That could and may solve your problem with her. Give it a try.
I am sure you being younger and more dynamic and flexible can
try.
I wish positive results and may God bless her, you, and all your
colleagues. Remember, it could be you and your younger friends
in her shoes in a few years time
