I have a colleague who happened to be an almost a senior citizen. We are in the same position/designation. She's acting childish (pa-baby). Everybody's pissed off with her presence coz she always brags her performance n the past and present job. Everybody wanted to get rid of her. Pero lagi nyang pinagsisiksikan ang sarili nya sa group. By the way, we are in the same team in the BPO industry. Lagi ko na nga binabara pero mayabang talaga. What shall I do?

  Just a serious suggestion. It may be appropriate if you can try to imagine yourself in her situation. She is probably someone who is struggling to belong. Her bragging about her present and past achievements is probably because she wants acceptance. Also to share that she can still be productive like the young people in the organization.
