I have another story to share, I have another girl na type sa office. She is small pero ferocious ang personality. At one point na kinalasan sya ng BF nya dahil siguro nagsawa na sa kanya so she is at her lowest point of her life. Alam niya na type ko sya because sinabi nung tropa ko. Normally I used to work on site, so lagi ako sa labas ng office, minsan out of town. One evening nasa site ako at bigla syang tumawag sa akin. Medyo nakainom sya at medyo makulit. She told me gusto niya magpasundo sa akin kasi nag iinuman sila ng mga officemates namin. Sabi ko nasa site ako, although pauwi na ako. It was around 12:30 midnight she insist na puntahan ko raw sya. Hindi raw cya uuwi kung hindi ako ang susundo. So dinaanan ko sya para ihatid sa cond nya. Upon reaching her place, I told her na uuwi na ako. But she would not let me go. Gusto nya magpasama. Ang problema alam na ng misis ko na pauwi na ako at hinihintay na nya ako sa bahay. While inside her house she locked the door, pero mabilis ang isip ko she forgot to remove the keys so I grabbed it so I can open it. She still begging me to stay so I obliged, isip ko lasing na sya at anytime soon makakatulog na cya. We sat in her couch and nag kwentuhan. She was teasing me and suddenly kiss me in my lips. That time libog na libog ako kasi she is wearing pekpek shorts and thin sando. I can feel her breath in my face too. So I stood up and brought her to kitchen. Sabi nya what are you going to do with me? Sabi ko roromansahin kita, ang kulit mo kasi, libo na libog ako ngayon. She laughed at me, and I touched her Pu$$y. Then I started to undo her sando suddenly my phone and. IT WAS MY WIFE. For some unknown reasons biglang nag speaker phone yung cell phone ko and my wife started to speak. Hello! She is asking where I am. She said I am supposed to be home right now. But my quick thinking saved me. I told her that I am in the gasoline station and I saw one of my friends in college. We had a long chat I said and she bought my story. She told me to come home na because it is already 3:30 am. itold her that I will be on my way now. Hahahahahahaha nakipagbuno pa ako para makalabas. Ayaw nya kasi ako pauwiin. She knows my wife and vice versa. They met in our annual xmas party. Sabi nya sa akin TAKUSA KA PALA! Sabi ko, wife ko yun baka patayin ako noon kapag nalaman nyang nag momoonlight ako. Then I went to my car and drove off. I came home, kissed my wife as if nothing happened.

It happened to me before pero alittle much complicated. I worked with a very close friend 5 years ago same department kami. that time we are both married. May minamanyak kaming pareho na babae from other department. That girl used to come in our department every morning para makipag kulitan. She is having problems with her husband. Minsan binubugbog sya ng asawa nya dahil sa selos. Pinag seselosan nang asawa nya yung kaibigan ko kasi nachichismiss sila sa opisina. Bulgaran kasi yung style ng pangmamanyak nya. Ako simple at patago. Minsan pupunta yung babae sa room namin tapos wala pang tao kung hindi kaming dalawa lang doon ako dumidiskarte. She loves to be touched. Sa side, sa legs at inaamoy ko leeg nya. I sometimes kiss her kaso sinasabi nya baka may makakita. I always insist na makaninja moves ako with her consent of course. But we never went beyond that. Magaling kasi si misis kay very cautious ako.

Depende sa titikman. Siguro kung sa taong may matagal ka nang pag nanasa then there is that golden chance of opportunity awaiting for me. I will surely grab it.

For men mas mahirap tangapin na iniputan tayo. It is because we have a bigger ego. I have not been on that situation pero kung sakali man mangyari sa akin yan I cannot accept her anymore. Mahirap mabura sa iip mo yung nangyari. Maraming papasok sa isip mo like you imagine your wife is banged by another person. Who satisfy her most. Howmany time she done it? To whom she had sex aside from the one you know. This will make you crazy! It is better to move on and pre occupy your self with other things.

I admit na madalas sumagi sa isipan ko na subukan makipag affair sa ibang babae. The problem is sigurista akong tao. nag cacalculate ako ng risk before magdecide. Kaya kapag may pagkakataon, laging napupurnada o kaya hindi ko na tinutuloy. Dont get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with my wife. Mabait siya at maaalalahanin. Pero as human nature madalas akong mag fantasize na makipag sex sa iba.

I am also sure na nagfafantasize din wife ko. Minsan nga habang nag sesex kami binubulong ko sa kanya na to use her imagination during sex. Kapag pumipikit sya at nag iimagine ( though she is not mentioning any name while deed ) lalo akong nag lilibugan.

Everytime I go to the doctor for my annual, I always find myself having high cholesterol level although I am not overweight. Surely, someone out there can relate to this experience. Do you have any tips to reducing/controlling cholesterol sans medication?

Depende yan brad, marami kasing klase ng cholesterol. May mga type ng cholesterol na critical. Doon ka dapat mag take ng gamot. Ako I am under meds for 8 months na. Laki ng pinayat ko during the 1st two months. Kasi while under meds nag didiet din ako. No red meat, fried meals, chips, fast food. Only fish, chicken ( without skin ), green veggies and fruits. Meds ko from 40 mg to 10 mg on the 7th and 8th month. Hindi na ako nag tatake ng gamot. Puro exercise na lang at maraming water plus proper diet.

Mahilig din ako uminom ng nag iisa, usually I go to Rockwell PP. There is a resto bar but I forgot the name. It is very easy to find. Nice music, nice view kasi overlooking at okay din yung crowd.
