also, keep yourself from getting stressed over things. people who are stressed have lower immune systems than those who aren't.

in my case, my depression is hormonal. it comes as a part of PMS.

what happens to me is, i just feel sad and cry for no apparent reason before that time of the month comes.

I went to the OB and she gave me pills.

cured.

Sometimes i think about how much I could have done to save you,

to make things a lot better.
