    Need help Mtc techs :my nephew is fond of playing Dota in my laptop until recently, super bagal and super lag. Even just surfing sa net napakabagal din and napaka lag. I tried scanning for virus or malware pero so far wala naman nadetect. the fan is working naman. wala din ako makita na recently added program na possible cause ng pagbagal and lag. Need help! specs: dell vostro windows7 500g hd 4 g ram

    Oh my god po... May i ask po sa mga doc dito what is the diferrence between syphilis and gonorhear? Any manifestations? if u may, pls post also some pics...male and female can have this as long as they are sexually active di po ba?

     

    Syphilis and gonorrhea are both STDs. The former is caused by a bacteria (T.pallidum) The disease have 3 stages, the first manifestation is the development of an ulcer or lesion on the genitalia (chancre) which is the first stage. Gonorrhea on the other hand is caused by the bacteria N.gonorrhoeae. Urethral discharge and difficulty in urinating are the major symptoms. Both male and female can be affected.

    My younger sister had her cholecystectomy done last january,2007. I was with her observing the whole operating procedure, of course in my sterile scrub suit ( I asked permision from the OR supervisor if I could observe the whole procedure) ang tapang ko daw! Anyway, after the operation, i asked the surgeon who did the operation if what were the types food that my younger sister should be avoided since she had no longer her gallbladder. I was really shocked of him telling me that, my sister could eat anything she wanted. I was really serious in asking of it, but he just gave this answer "pwede kahit ano na kainin nya"... and went off to his next appointment.. Now, at present, lalo pa yata tumataba sister ko, balik naman sya dun sa dati niyang nakagawiang pagkain.. I am just worried since wala na nga yung gallbladder na i think panunaw or it functions as a strainer in all the food she eats.

     

    Questions:

    1. What are types of food that are to be avoided when one has cholecyctectomy done?

    2. What are the complications of not having gallbladder?

    3. Are there any advantages when one has gone through cholecystectomy?

    Hi! Here are my answers to your questions?1. she can eat anything except fatty foods. 2. The only problem after cholecystectomy is the ability to digest food efficiently especially after huge amounts of fatty meal but one can live normally without a gall bladder

    3. The only advantage after a cholecystectomy is that he/she wont experienced another bout of cholecystitis with its complicationsi hope that answers your questions. btw, im a general surgeon :)

    i was here last week, stayed at Park Royal hotel near the airport. Saigon is a busy place just like Manila. last month i was in Nha Trang province, great resorts, esp. VINPEARL. nice beach walk along the city. Not so much nightlife but the beach is superb. Now i am at Vung Tau province, lots of nightlife ^_^
