  1. Very interesting inputs, rayt. If Jinro is potato, wheat or barley based, this would be the equivalent of a gin or a vodka. Funny though how alcohol affects women, or maybe it's your appeal rather than the alcohol!

Hi Sir Masi! I tried Antonov Vodka, Gilbeys Gin, and Ginebra San Miguel on the same procedure. The result is not like that on Jinro.

I'm not in the good looks department so appeal is not a factor.

    Thanks for the compliment!

hmmm I won't declare your post as off-topic if you divulge what the percentage mix is of Mirinda to Jinro

    thanks for your inputs, pare.

    Keep on posting!

Sir Bods1000 the mix of Mirinda is 1 family size to 1 big Jinro (yellow label).

  2. I don't know if this is off topic but I want to share this.

I've been drinking Jinro Soju (Korean Potato Wine) for more than a year now.

The small bottle version is only 19.8% to 20.1% alcohol (P 80 to 100) and the big bottle is 24% alcohol (P 200)

It is indeed cheap but what I enjoyed with this is when I let the ladies drink it. I mix Mirinda or Royal Tru-Orange.

The alcohol content is really low if we compare it to Gin or Vodka.

However, I find that the ladies get drunk easily with this and made them hot that led to sex on some of them.

I tried to research on this on the internet but I can't find a logical explanation.

I experimented this on my wife, my office mates, my friends, and other acquantances and got almost similar result.

I told my daughter not to drink it with other people except in the family as it is "dangerous".

One of my staff even whispered to my ear that she was safe after 4 shots of this. She can't remember what she whispered to me when she's not drunk anymore. I did not take advantage of her as she was my staff and I don't want any scandal.

There was another drinking session w/ 2 (P 200) Jinro = P 400 with 5 ladies and me. 3 of them also became hot after the 2nd bottle.

Maybe it's the chemical mixture of the softdrink or maybe it's really Jinro.

The rest of you guys can experiment with it and share the results.

    Enjoy!

B.T.W. Try the yellow label than the light green label. The yellow label is more effective.

  3. Hey, nothing tried nothing gained. Albeit, I wouldn't want to touch that stuff after tasting it.

I already tried almost everything even the expensive one's. I've been to the US, France, Czech Republic, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, and Vietnam on Business Trip or R&R. I also happen to work as part of the management team in the past at a High End Italian/European Restaurant Franchise and trained from Barista, Beer Brewing, Coffee Roasting, and Hungarian Sausage making.

It's just that I prefer Semi Sweet to Sweet Wines than those Expensive Dry Wines.

My daughter and son also prefer Semi Sweet and Sweet Wines after Dinner that's why they want Sol De Espana or Novellino. Sometimes its Alzar by Domecq Wines if ever it is available at groceries.

I don't care about brand name or price range. What is important is our taste.

  4. I have a friend who has a brand new TOYOTA Vios and sira agad makina. Yung early version of Vios may issue daw na pumpaling front wheel pakanan.

I read early post here that there is a change oil problem with the owner that caused the black smoke and overhauling issue.

Comment lang, I have a 97 Honda Civic VTEC PH16 engine that I neglected engine oil change maitim na nga oil nya at malapot na before I change it. I use shell ferrari oil when it became available and before holy week lang oil change ko. I always go to Tagaytay, La Union, Baguio, Laguna, Quezon daily for vacation or work related.

10k to 15k before ako mag oil change pero sa user manual it should be every 5k. My car is 140k now and no engine repair yet except timing belt and fan belt replacement after 88k.

I also observed Brand New Altis or other Toyotas with busted Tail or Brake lamps after 1 year. My Honda Civic took 4 years before only 1 busted brake lamp and until this day no busted tail or brake lamps yet.

BTW I'm a crazy driver as I rev past 5,000 RPM to achieve 60-80 kph at 2nd gear and 100-120 kph on 2nd gear. Still no engine trouble and clean smoke from the tail pipe.

I seldom open my hood to check my car. Therefore Honda is really DURABLE and FAST but EXPENSIVE SPARE PARTS!

  5. Worst PGH, don't go there if you can afford other hospitals.

Medical City gusto agad opera kaya O-PERA tawag dun ng friend ko na Doctor. Gusto operahan ang pamangkin ko dun kahit masakit lang tyan. So we transfered my pamangkin sa Cardinal Santos and dun lumabas na malingering lang pala yung pamangkin ko.

Alma Mater ko pa naman UST and all of us in the family tapos ganun gagawin nila. Ang ok lang sa UST magaganda NURSE pag na-ospital father, mother, and sister ko at pati ako. Pero ayoko na dun nadala na ako sa last experience ko.

Best Manila Sanitarium sa Pasay very good service. Run by 7 day Adventist. Mas Christian pa ata sila kesa sa mga Christian kuno na taga UST.

Lung Center is good service too despite being run by the government. Mahusay Administrator nila.

I also experianced Makati Med and ok dun. May cable na masarap pa pagkain even sa bantay pwede isama sa pagkain at affordable naman rate.
