  1. Who are the "person(s)" authorized to solemnize marriages in The Republic of the Philippines"?

    Parish Priest ba pwede?

Members of the judiciary, priests, rabbis, imams, ministers of registered churcges or religious sects; consul-generals, consuls, vice-consuls. Military commanders in the absense of a chaplain and ship captains and airplane chiefs can solemnize marriage in articulo mortis. If you use a religious officiant you or your partner must belong to the officiant's sect.

  2. Bank of Commerce. When I withdraw from their ATM machine, walang pera na lumabas tapos biglang nag offline. I went to one of the branches and they told me to GO to the main branch in the city, pwede namang tumawag lang sila or i-email yung report. Umabot pa ng 1 week before nabalik yung pera ko. And they never followed-up, not another week or so. Amp talaga.

  3. Hi sir. I'm just asking if meron pa bang hold ang school sa retirement fund ko (forced savings from them).

This is the case: I'm already cleared with my clearance but I was the one handling the school paper. Then came summer, may mga nawalang parts daw ng computer and the allegedly pointed to the staffers na sila ang kumuha or nakawala dahil nasa kanila ang key ng room. Ang problema, wala na ako noong summer( April onwards) dahil hanggang March na lang ako. Wala na ako doon sa time na sinabi nilang nawala ang gamit.

I talked to the VP for Administration at sinabi nya na kailangan ko daw mag submit ng agreement between me and the student and make a recommendation para makuha ang savings ko. Ginigipit kasi nila ako. The new moderator would not accept the responsibility dahil may sirang gamit (parts of a computer, 2 batteries at lost camera charger) Eto po ang tanong ko:

    1. Kailangan ko po bang sundin ang sinasabi ng VP for Admin hinggil sa agreement and recommendation na gagawin ko daw?

    2. Ano po ba ang magagawa ko, since wala na ako noong time na nawala ang parts at may sirang gamit?

    3. Should I seek a lawyer para makuha ko yung forced savings from the school?

    Thanks po.

  4. I back-read through the comments and most of the time, yung humihingi ng advice are already on their gym work-outs. para po sa akin, it really helped a lot kung babawasang ang intake ng carbs esp. rice. I consulted with an N/D and she told me na mas mainam na sa diet mag umpisa and the drinks. Lessen intake of sugar or colas. If meron talagang urge na uminom, Coke Zero ang inuman o Diet Coke or Pepsi Max/Diet Pepsi.

I don't exercise a lot, in fact I'm really obese. But what helped me loosen a lot of pounds withouth the exercise pa is the food intake. Safe weight loose is around 8 lbs a month. I'm in my 7th month and I lost around 27 lbs na. :)

  5. First time ko pumunta sa motel, around 4 blocks lang sa school kung saan ako nagtuturo, got horny and went up with my ex. Parang nakaka sense yung mga attendant na kinakabahan ka at bibigay sayo ung room na mahal but I declined and called up his walkie-talkie to another attendant. Sabi may nag check-out daw. Sus. 210 for 3 hours isn't bad for an airconditioned room. Later I found at na meron parang nag suicide sa room na yun. Fu*k talaga, parang binangungot ako. Haha.

  6. Isn't psychological incapacity a farce? Or is that something that can be fixed?

If you get annulled for psychological incapacity, get married again - does your incapacity go away on the next marriage? Or is it voidable again?

Psychological incapacity, which a ground for annulment of marriage (which is different from divorce), contemplates downright incapacity or inability to take cognizance of and to assume the basic marital obligations. A test is actually conducted to see if a person is 'fit' for the marriage. It is a long and tedious, not to mention an expensive process.

As to the question na if the marriage gets annulled, and the incapacitated person remarries again-- Here is what the court requires: antecedence (which states that incapacity existed before the marriage), seriousness, and incurability (which is often supported by expert testimony). So given na ma-prove ung incapacitation ng person, he cannot marry again.

Is it voidable?-- Under extraordinary circumstances(by fraud o falsification ng docus, etc. ) na nakapag asawa ung tao na may psychological incapacity, the marriage is not voidable but it is void ab initio ( sa simula pa lang, void na ang marriage). Voidable is when a contract is valid and binding unless avoided or declared void.

Philippines is part of the few last remaining countries na WALANG divorce bill. I think we should have one. I think is an understatement, WE should have one.

  7. Here's the thing, I waited and waited for a year or so. Then I was surprised when she told me na makikipag s3x na daw xa. Hindi ko na tinanong kung bakit. After the deed, I asked her bakit sya bumigay, eh, I'm willing to wait naman. And then she answered: Last week, may magnanakaw daw na nakapasok sa boarding house nila, tapos nakita daw niya yung kamay na parang umaakyta doon sa kwarto nila (her room has a space connecting the sala above it). So napag isip-isip nya baka daw ma-rape siya. Mas gugustuhin daw niyang ibigay sa taong mahal niya kesa may mangyaring masama sa kanya. Awwww....blush.gif
