  1. Ito ginawa ko dati:

    1. Nag-adik sa badminton every Saturday for a 1-3 hours. Medyo competitive ang laban kaya moderate to high yung intensity kadalasan (anlakas mang-asar nung kalaban mo eh)

    2. Tinatakbo ang 5 kilometers nang under 45 minutes every Sunday

    3. 1 Hr weight training Tuesday and Thursday na focused on squats, deadlifts, cleans and presses (military tsaka bench).

    1. Reasonably planned weight training provides both anaerobic and aerobic conditioning

    2. More muscle mass needs the maintenance of more calories meaning na pati bodyfat storage mo maaapektuhan

    3. There's no such thing as spot reduction

  2. agree ako NA IBALIK ANG ROTC KUNG: real training ang gagawin, meaning tactics, strategies, military history, real weapons training, yung babaril talaga at least yung dalawang last sems, etc. ang problema kasi martsa lang ng martsa. wala kasing katuturan kapag ganun. WASTE OF TIME! kahit sana parang yung ginagawa nila sa Singapore.

Definitely agree!

  3. Terrible place sir, Just visited there last Saturday. This was one of my most memorable experiences!!!!

We got there and the parking area was all cramped up, but they have a valet. I payed and checked in, the air conditioning unit was a bit hot. called the front desk and told me that someone will go up and take a look at it.... after 30 mins.... still no one came! We checked out already... NO ONE CAME TO ASSIST!!!

The worse is yet to come....

As we checked out and got to the parking I checked my car coz it was only a year old (Hyundai Tucson '10) I saw a freaking scartch!!! So I called the valet and told me that they had no idea of how the scratch got there. They assured that they weren't responsible for it and they had cameras installed at the parking and can confirm it to me.

After 15 mins the manager finally appeared and talked to me. I explained that when I checked in that there was no scratch before I left it for the Valet and requested to see the video. He said that he will review it then show it to me the video. I patiently waited for 15 mins and the manager came in and showed me a partial video of my car. I was asking for the footage of the actual parking of my car. HE DIDN'T showed it to me, claiming that it was too long to review??? I WAS THERE FOR ONLY 2 HOURS!!!!! 2 HOURS PEOPLE!!!! ANO SILBI NG REWIND AND FAST FORWARD???? And is it not my right to see the entire video? so they could clear their name??? Unless they really are hiding something, that they are the one's responsible for the scratch??? I knew I wasn't gonna be able to squeeze in any truth from them and that further questions would just frustrate me with being answered with excuses. So I just left my number and left coz my companion was in a hurry and it was getting traffic at EDSA. And when the valet driver was in my car while my companion was in it, the valet said that they shouldn't be mentioning the camera... so does that mean you really are hiding something sirs??? I challenge the management of EUROTEL *cough crap* to respond to my problem!!!

Until then... GMS... trust me... this place is Freaking unsafe for your cars!!!

Thanks sa FR! Balak ko pa naman sana dyan kahit commute. Wag na lang pala.

  4. I downloaded a file but when I wanted to delete it I kept getting this message:

"Cannot delete [filename]: It is being used by another person or program

Close any programs that might be using the file and try again"

This also shows up when I try to rename or archive the file. Anyone encounter this? What can I do to delete the file? Thanks.

Simple lang...Restart PC and then make sure na hindi ka connected sa Internet. Delete the file afterwards. Lumalabas yan kashit na simpleng window para sakanya naka-open (i.e. kung Word file na naka-open sa Word tapos ni-try mo delete habang naka-open sa Word.

  5. MTC bros & IT prof:

but the problem now, its not accessible anymore.

i downloaded a data recovery but its not

    successful after using such D.R.

pls give me some more clarification or

steps to do so that i can use this external drive.

    thank you

Ewan ko lang kung kelangan mo pa itong reply ko kahit na more than a month na pero ito ang mga firststeps for troubleshooting:

    1. Check mo kung may power ba na dumadaloy (sabi mo external drive so either may external power source yan or yung power ay through USB only)

    2. Check if the drie can be detected by Windows

    3. Check mo kung nakikita yung drive sa Drive Management ng Computer Management Console (right-click My Computer o Computer > select Manage > then select mo sa kaliwa Drive Management).
