don't know if bars like that exist near the ubelt, most of the bars ikaw pa rin ang lalapit, sa 330 mukhang madaling makipag hook up sa girls lalo na pag "rnb nights" hehe, sa 1611 sa pnoval parang marami din nakakahook up with girls na dun lang nila kakilala, although this is based on observation lang....

the best place that i can say nasa UBELT area is still PICA its near in GAstambide and Arizona tower.. this is where i used to hang out with my roomates and then sing on weekends especially when the management started to bring some gigs from unknown bands.. ok!! im also a resident jammer to this place by accident!! hehehe... great booze and tambayn ng mga laidbacks who hates billiard halls full of smokes...good vibes from everyone and cuties everywhre (including me of course!) hehehe

yup ayus sa pica in gastambide...murang beer and ganda ng ambiance...mejo sablay lang yung music misnan kontra tiyempo...

sa dapitan area may ayos na place....330ml...may acoustic set tas they play rnb music in the wee hours...puro college students from the nearby dorms...panalo sya pag fridays..although the beer is a little more expensive than the neighboring beer joints, hehe

sir bumili ako ng 28-135mm canon USM IS na lens, for me its a good walk around lens na di gaano kamahal, yun nga lang medyo mabagal, f/3.5-5.6......yung Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8 XR Di Lens maganda mga reviews o kaya sigma lenses.....check mo http://www.the-digital-picture.com  or  http://www.fredmiranda.com/  for reviews of lenses....

oo nga mukha di ko talaga kaya bumili ng L na lens....sir kamusta naman ang sharpness ng 28-135mm USM IS ok ba....yun din kasi plano ko bilhin eh i pair ko na lang sa isang wide angle na prime lens......

sige will post as soon as makabili ako ng magandang lens...hehehe....

Maganda ang Canon EOS 350D kaya lang 4x lang kasamang lens. If you don't plan to upgrade, better get a S3 IS.

Well you can't really compare the 350D with the S3 IS...first of all the 350D is a DSLR(although its at the lower end) .... and second you don't buy DSLR's for the Kit lens....not to take away anything from the S3 IS which is a very good camera in my opinion...all im saying is that their in a different league of some sorts.....

magkano na ngayon sir 350d? sa henry's ka bumili?.....yup the kit lens do suck a little, I was fortunate enough to chance upon someone selling a 3 month old 28-135 IS USM, he was upgrading to L lenses, kaya ayun binili ko na sa halagang P20k....i'm satisfied with the lens....

nope dun ako sa kabila bumili...relative din yata nila yun...price ng 350D right now around 38-41K nung nag canvass ako....well i'm saving up for a 70-300 f/4-5.6 IS USM...mukang matagal pa bago ako makaipon para dun....sana may mag offer din ng 2nd hand.....hehehe.....sana balang araw makapag L series din ako.....

Does anyone know whether its safe to buy off sellers on on bidshot or sites like www.muradito.com ? was a little hesitant cos some of the ppl i contacted have "stocks" of new (?) digicams at suspiciosly low prices.

how do they manage to do this? are the goods smuggled or something?

 

has anyone here bought a digicam frm one of these sellers?

 

am in the mkt for a cybershot h1/h2 btw.
