    If a PC is less than 50k... console wins

    for 50-100k fair fight

    100k-500k PC wins

     

    overall for flexibility PC wins...

    3960x hexa core proc

    quad SLI 690 GPUS

    32gb 2133mhz ram

     

    you could run a game at 1600p (2560 x 1600) using quad 690 SLI with ultra settings and x16 anti aliasing

    a normal 1080p (1920 x 1080) has 2,073,600 Pixels

    a 1600p (2560 x 1600) has 4,096,000 pixels

    TWICE more pixels than a HD 1080p

     

    1600p is a ULTRA high def. life like pictures

    but it requires a 1600p monitor ... the cheapest 30inch 1600p monitor you could buy is at 90k

     

    overall if money is no object... i highly recommend you try a 1600p to clear your mind on what is the edge of modern gaming is.

    used to have a lot of the old sets (space station, the airport and some of the old city sets etc...) back in the day.

    lost interest around the time I started losing the pieces.

     

    just starting over, even if my family thinks I'm regressing for taking it up again.

    what I'd really like to collect as many of the sets I can and mesh them into one city, kinda like this...
