Naubos na Nya ung Yaz pill. Clarify ko lang, does she still need continue buying Yaz or does she need to wait until her period arrives tapos take ulit ng panibagog pack ng Yaz pills?

She has to take kasi for 6 months and I assume tuloy-tuloy dapat and need not to wait for her period to arrive. Please correct me if I am wrong.

After her Transvaginal Ultrasound last June 8 she was asked by her OB to take Yaz pills daily for 6 months. she also had her period after her TVU and that was her day 1 as well.

The 1st Yaz pill she took was at 12 noon does it mean the next day should be 12 noon too? She takes the pill everyday wala pa naman missed days pero there are times she took it around 3pm or sometimes 5pm na? Will there be any effect if it is not timely?

she's on trust pills right? bakit yaz pills na? when did she start taking the latter? and sino nagadvice itake niya ito? yup every 24 hours as is with most drugs. The more you delay the intake of the next dose, the less the efficacy

thanks sir. actually sir our last coitus happened last may 29 and 30, after that she had her period may 31 naman. after her period walang coitus na nangyari even before she missed her pills last june 8 and 9 and up until now walang coitus, i managed to control my libido. we've decided to wait until her next period which will fall on june 28 or 29, and after na lang ng period niya maybe first or 2nd week of july na lang kami mag coitus para safe. am i right sir?

Safest by experience is upto 5 days right after and before menstruation but as the days go closer or farther to the ovulation day, the more your have to "release" your thingy outside

Trust pills have only 125mcg of levonorgestrel. It is very low in amount and not enough to suppress the pregnancy inducing hormones thus pregnancy may be possible. If you read the previous posts not so long ago the other pill has a high amount of levonorgestrel that's why it worked. Also these kind of pills, catching up is only a day, greater than that and the half life of the drug (the amount of drug concentration in the body for an effect)dramatically decreases thus bringing the effect back to square one and since your partner missed two days, contraception might be hindered. However your luck isn't over, your partners ovulation day would be approximately between June 8-23 (to be precise its June 16, we give a lower and upper limit number para may excess para sure safe lang parang reserved gas sa tank ng kotse), the days wherein conception is possible so having unprotected sex at this time could result in pregnancy however you guys did IT at dates before this (...unless I'm too late in my advice and you can't keep your grummy libido intact and did it at dates after June 8, hey were just MEN-yaks! sorry,apology accepted!) so conception chances are less however the shadow of pregnancy still could not be totally ruled out because sperm could survive up to 72 hours inside the uterus.

I have a linksys WRT54g router on the 5th floor of my unit and I'd like to extend the signal to the another unit at the 6th floor. Due to the constraints of the place Its unfeasible to place an extra router or repeater sa labas ng unit since baka manakaw lang yan at walang saksakan sa labas. I plan to use a 15 meter wifi extension cable connected to my router then put a 9db antenna in the end of the cable and just staple it sa ceiling. My question is will it be enough to boost my signal to the 6th floor estimating that after the setup the antenna is still about 10 feet (3 meters) away before reaching the unit at the 6th? or will the cable itself cause signal loss as it lengthens? or are there any other potential problems I face here?

hi there. kailangan ko po ng advice ninyo. yung gf ko kasi regular naman siyang nagtatake ng trust pill. pero last june 7 and 8, nagmiss siya ng inom, naalala niya na lang ng june 9 na. ang ginawa niya 3 pills ang ininom niya ng june 9. meaning nagmintis siya ng 2 days.

She had her Ultrasound this morning and was confirmed negative for pregnancy. Around late afternoon she had her period already. Below are the findings form the OB Sonographer's report:

• Cervix - 2.6 x 3.1 x 2.6cm
• Endometrium - .82 cm

• Right Ovary - 2.8 x 3.1 x 2.0 cm 12 Small Follicles
• Left Ovary - 3.1 x 2.1 x 1.7 cm 15 Small Follicles

TVS Show normal anteflexed uterus with no myometrial lesion. The endometrium measures .82cm hyperechoic and intact. Both ovaries contain multiple small follicles less than 1cm in diameter more than 12 in number suggestive of the polycystic changes. (+) minimal fluid in the cul-de-sac.

Ultrasound is normal except for the polycystic changes. Dalawa course niyan its either it will disappear or remain and increase in number. The Yaz pills was given to also correct this as early as now coz consequences is mahirapan mabuntis yan in the future if the cysts persists. Have her take it regularly then follow up sa OB-gyne after.

In the meantime, celebrate na!!

She had her 3rd PT last may 22 and indicated negative. When we sought the help of an OB yesterday, she was asked to take Provera for 10 days. May I ask why this was prescribed to her? Tried searching the net and it says it induces mestruation. Is the info true?

It's the female hormone Progesterone made into a tablet. Those hormones are needed so that the natural order of menstruation (estrogen release then progresterone, no conception = menstruation) would happen. So it seems like your partner lacks Progesterone (probably due to the intake of the high dose synthetic progesterone aka Nordette pills which inhibited further hormone release or other factors e.g stress) thus it was prescribed to her so that her body gets stimulated to produce progesterone. Thus after about 10-14 days expect voila menstruation.

HAD HER XRAYED AGAIN AND THE RESUKT WAS: Ancillary study confirms the presence of nodulohazed opacities at the right lung apex for which kochs infection is considered. Clinical correlation is suggested. DOES THIS MEAN SHE HAS TB?

There are a high no. of cases of TB here in the philippines and in most developing countries mostly affecting the low social groups because it is transmitted through air and most sa underdeveloped eh magkakasama sama yan sa bahay kaya hawaan lang plus weak mga immune system nila kasi kulang and pang daily needs nila

Her x-ray confirms she has TB however we have to correlate this clinically thus ask if she has had:

• cough for at least 2 weeks
• fever
• night sweats
• Diffculty in breathing
• coughing of blood

the cough above confirms she indeed has TB but for the other symptoms they must all manifest in her for us to say she indeed has TB if there are no symptoms as stated then she has a Latent TB infection meaning she could infect others and her immune system is containing the infection but not enough to overcome it. As long as ok ang immune system mo, hindi ka mahahawa ng TB but prolonged exposure eh nakakahawa

I would like to ask if Nordette, taken as an ECP causes disruption on a woman's menstrual cycle. Below are the details:

 

• Date of 1st period: April 14
• Date of the previous 1st period: March 13
• We had contact and condom broke last April 28
• Took 4 tablets of Nordette (after 2 hours when condom broke) and took another 4 tablets after 13 hours
• She experienced Nausea and she was able to resist vomiting
• Took 1st HPT last May 15 and indicates "negative"
• Took 2nd HPT today and it indicates "invalid"
• Will take 3rd HPT tomorrow morning again...

Until now her period is delayed..Could she be pregnant or is it because of Nordette that made a disturbance on her cycle?

 

Need your opinion on this please.

when you guys had sexual intercourse and the condom broke, its was on the ovulation day (meaning that day [aka unsafe day] where the egg cell floats in her tubes to get ready to meet mr. right, aka Sperm) so there's a high probability that conception happened at that time however she took nordette which could cause a delay in menstrual cycle thus disrupt the natural contraception and nausea due to its hormone like properties so theres a high probability that she is NOT pregnant HOWEVER there are a few cases in which despite the pill intake pregnancy was positive even on a negative pregnancy test thus we cannot still rule out pregnancy. The only way to be sure if she indeed is pregnant is by ultrasound about 6-8 weeks post conception which is about two weeks after this post. Good luck!

Caused by a different virus. Better magka molluscum kaysa genital warts ( as caused by HPV) After ng cautery yung wounds mo will heal normally 2-3 weeks. Yun lang there is chance of recurrence

docs, brief history lang. before mga 2009 active ako sa sex kasi wala gf. but since july 2010 stick to one na ako. but recently after i shaved., noticed some bumps sa dulo ng base ng shaft ( area where shaft meets the pubic area), and a tiny parang excess skin sa side.ng shaft. could it be warts? is.it possible na after a year lang nag manifest ung warts? or pwede ding matagal na un na unnoticed lang? im wondering kasi based sa net highly contagious siya., but ung current.gf ko wala namang complains na unusual sa genital area nya , were having sex since.july 2010 pa. im confident na hindi naman siya nakipag do sa iba.

OB-GYNE question.. I am on the pill (Diane35) for more than 6 months now. I took my 1st pill for this month on the first day of my period. On the 5th day, while i still had spotting, my bf and I did the deed and he came inside me on the 2nd round. I am religiously taking the pills. The day after that, I had a super minor spotting (as in 1 faint drop with mucus-like discharge), and now (on the 12th day of my cycle), i have spotting again. (like how last day of menses look like). Last unprotected sex was 10th day of my cycle. is it possible that i am pregnant? TIA!

My wife just had an ultrasound and here goes the findings.

 

Transvaginal ultrasound shows normal size, anteverted uterus with homogenous echopattern and regular contour. No myometrial lesions noted. The endometrium is hyperechoic and thickened measuring 1.92cm with intact borders, Bilateral ovaries are normal in size and echotexture with corpus lutheum on the left ovary, no free fluid in the posterior cul de sac, cervix and adnexae are unremarkable.
