  1. When I'm stressed out, I first try to calm down and relax my body and mind by simply dropping whatever it is that I am doing or preoccupied with. I remove myself physically from the stressful situation. Then I try to meditate by concentrating on my breath and going within. After a few minutes of this, I do any of the activities that I find relaxing - sleep, read a book, talk a walk, listen to music, etc. :)

  2. I just registered here at MTC and this is my first post. I'm interested to learn about other people's views and experiences and also to share my own. Not only on sexual matters, but other areas of life as well. Peace to all! :)
