I don't think so. ubuntu is much way better than windows and as far as I know windows sucks.
I've tried Ubuntu 10.10 and I liked it. Most of the features that a Windows Operating can give is also available in Ubuntu. The only downside is it's not that user friendly especially when you're used to using the Windows Operating System you'll be having a hard time trying out Ubuntu especially when you want to connect it to a network. Ubuntu is great but I think Windows 7 is better.
