TNT was such the better team.. I am betting for them na mag champion hindi ang SMB. Hindi sistema ni CTC ang problema, nakalimutan nio ata na sweep natin ang Magnolia with that same system right? Kung talagang nanonood kayo, nag iba pa nga sya ng sistema nung Game 3 at 4, hindi sila masyado nag i stick sa triangle dahil sa small lineup na ginamit niya. Puro pick and roll with JBL and Pringle and down screen ke JDV kaya nakaka score na din sya nung last 2 games.
Give credit to TNT, they found the perfect antidote import to JBL, plays almost the same but a lot taller and NBA caliber talaga. Very good defender din. Something na wala yung import ng SMB.
Its not the end of the world, we still have the 3rd conference with JBL and the return of JD and ADLC

While the Celtics could have maximum cap space they are unlikely to access that much. The Celtics have six free agents that are set to enter restricted free agency and it is safe to say they will extend qualifying offers to Terry Rozier and Daniel Theis. Retaining both their cap holds slots the Celtics with $24.9 million in cap space. They can increase that figure to $25.6 million if they waive Ojeleye.
While those figures aren’t maximum cap space they are still enough to pursue a top center. According to Shams Charania, Celtics are expected to pursue Magic center Nikola Vucevic. They will be able to make him a competitive offer with their cap space. Thunder center Steven Adams who is owed $25.8 million next season “is on Boston’s radar” according to A. Sherrod Blakely. The Celtics could easily reduce their payroll to fit him into their cap space.
The Celtics also drafted Carsen Edwards and Tremont Waters in the second round of the draft. If they want to sign both players to contracts that exceed two years they will need to dip into their cap space. There is a good chance that the Celtics portion their cap space on a new starting center while using the rest to sign Edwards and Waters to multi-year deals.

Its just that yung laro niya is more suited sa sistema ni coach Pido na free flowing at Run and Gun. Bonus points pa yung ke Coach Pido sa UST talaga siya gumaling at alam na alam ang laro niya. Sa tingin niyo, kung kada laro makaka 23 points si Ellis Jr. sa Ginebra i ti trade pa kaya ito???

More bad news for the Celtics. It's been known that Kyrie will sign with the Nets and now Al Horford opted out of his contract. I think Celtics will be alright without Kyrie but if they lose Horford without replacement I don't think they'll be able to make it to the eastern conference finals
plus the lack of cap room and the lack of interest of other marquee players to join this team because 5 of its players are joining the FA, in short, they all want out of Boston

Pangatlo, di naman umubra si Cruz sa Ginebra pero may ibubuga pa, malamang alam ni Pido kung pano gagamitin ng maayos si Jervy

Ginebra acquires Pringle, draft pick in trade for Mercado, Cruz, Ferrer
STANLEY Pringle is now a Gin King.
The 32-year-old slasher is heading to Ginebra in a blockbuster trade involving the crowd darlings and NorthPort, Spin.ph sources bared.
Pringle will go to the Gin Kings together with the Batang Pier's first round pick in the coming draft in exchange for Sol Mercado, Kevin Ferrer, and Jervy Cruz.
Drafted first overall in the 2014 PBA Rookie Draft, Pringle is set to part ways with NorthPort after spending all of his five seasons in the PBA.
He will bolster an already deadly Ginebra backcourt which features LA Tenorio and Scottie Thompson.
Pringle has been a consistent candidate for the Best Player of the Conference for the past two years, though he has yet to see action this 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup after undergoing surgery to remove bone spurs in his right ankle.
On top of the Pringle acquisition, Ginebra also puts itself in a position to select a prime talent in next year's rookie pool, with the Batang Pier pick expected to fall within the top five.
