Can you let me know how to make phone calls through the IPAD. Do you need to get into a skype type of a service and then the headset bit? Would be neat if they can work like iphone with a bluetooth.

skype is a good app to make calls

firewire can transfer more speed and power. for picture or video editing, use firewire, 400 will do.
