mga GM what about mga energy drink? pwede ba araw-arawin mga itO? what's the best out there?(cobra/gatorade/sting.. etc..)
Sayang pera mo dyan sa energy drink ( cobra, sting, etc. ). Go for N.O. (Nitric Oxide) supplementation if you want energy ( N.O. X-plode, Xtreme pump )

Upon waking-up = 1 scoop Dymatize Elite Whey
30mins before workout = 2 scoop BSN NO-XPLODE ( has 2 grams of creatine in the mix )
30mins before workout = 2 scoop Dymatize Elite Whey + 3 grams of creatine
Going to bed = 1 scoop Dymatize Elite whey + 500ml of Milk

Correct me if im wrong guys. Ang alam ko doing your dumbell workout routines (ex. Dumbell curls. Dumbell flys ) sitting on a fitness ball with greatly strengthen your core.

Take it upon waking up, 30mins before your weight lifting workout with 2.5 grams of creatine, 30 mins after your weight lifting workout with 2.5 grams of creatine. 4 hours of workout is overtraining, then take casein protein before going to bed
* serving size depends on your lean mass weight. 1.1 gram per 1 pound of muscle mass daily protein is what you need if you want to grow
