  1. first time to post here, This happened about two years back

Im here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia working for a Telecom company. onetime na-assign ako sa graveyard shift na may kasamang arabo. My place of work has two rooms, Control room and Equipment room, so basically we sit inside the control room and the equipment room access is only allowed to those who are on duty

We normally open the door kasi nga super lamig dito sa office, eto na ang siste, si arabo was facing the door while ako naman, i can see the door thru peripheral vision

i saw somebody entered the equipment room, si arabo though nakaharap siya sa pinto, di kumikibo? after a minute or two. i ask him if he notice anybody entering the door, sabi ni arabo, he did pero natatakot daw siya? i ask na i check namin pero wala kaming nakitang tao sa loob ng Equipment room

scary indeed... it seems that other engineers have been experiencing already something before pero natatakot lang pag-usapan

  2. definitely. look at israel, very tiny, vwery capable of defending itself from everyone surrounding them. though I believe military science and practice is not for everybody. EVERYONE SHOULD DO THE BASICS. It strengthens the will of a nation to fight if need be. It also instill attention to detail and discipline. I know a friend who graduated from a US military school after his tour of duty...he now works as a salesman. great for him!!!

I agree with you partner, The system is not perfect pero at least everybody gets to know the basic

I'm here in the Middle east right now and i used to do site surveys for off road telecom sites sa northern regions. hehehe hanga ang arabo sa Pinoy dahil marunong ang grupo namin gumamit ng mapa at compass, something i learned from BASIC ROTC

  3. i used to have been so proud to be a filipino... and never have i imagined that i would want to live or work anywhere else outside the country.

but sad to say all that has changed now. a lot of pinoys are claiming that they are proud to be a filipino and that we get upset whenever some foreigner makes negative remarks about our country and race but guys open your eyes! how can u say your proud to be one..... when we see everyone throwing out garbage everywhere, filipinos pissing just about anywhere.

corruption, garbage, crab mentality, majority of our people tend to think that they are always right and that they are above anyone else....politicians with their convoys, hell even the jeepney driver thinks that they own the streets and when s@%t happens everyone points his / her pfinger to another and no one seems to accept responsibility.

honestly i am no longer proud to be one.

No offense Sir, if you're not proud to be a Filipino anymore then to which group would you want to be in? (american? japanese? arab )

  4. here's the deal I have never, never ever let anybody mess my being filipino, I am proud as a pinoy. Even if pinas has done nothing great for me. no dayuhan ever said something about my race and never answered that dayuhan back. once in europe a group of skinheads shouted at me "go home chink"!!! I shouted back at them @##$ u, as@@@#holes!!!. an american said once to me, u are just here for the money because you ARE POOR. I said to him, f@###k off, first, I don't work here i am a visitor. second, you cannot afford to go to pinas and survive a day saying that thing to me now.

I was invited by a company in the US for training and seminar so i had to go and visit the US embassy here in KSA. I was asked during the interview by the embassy officer "Is Philippines, a nice place?" I answered "well there's no place like home" he asked me "Why are you here in here?", I said "for the money?" Then the embassy officer concluded "So you have a poor country and you have to work here?" I answered back "Yeah, probably better than yours :)"

    Guess what

    <---- Visa denied

  5. Here's a quide you can follow to help flatten your stomach. Print this list out and post it somewhere in your house where you'll see it.

    1. Walk/jog for 30 minutes at least 3 times per week to boost your metabolism in order to burn that fat.

    2. Eat a small handful of almonds (at least 6) every morning. Almonds are one of the healthiest snacks you can eat and the protein is good for burning fat.

    3. Purchase a Pilates DVD and do the exercises at least 2-3 times per week. Pilates works on toning your entire body with concentration on your powerhouse (middle section) and will improve your flexibility.

    4. Add fiber to your diet and cut down your intake of the bad carbs. Foods such as white bread, pastas, potatoes, and white rice should be limited. Eat brown rice and whole wheat bread instead. To get that needed fiber increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables (especially the leafy green ones).

    5. Drink skim milk instead of whole milk. Keep your dairy intake at a minimum because these products often cause bloating and gas.

    6. Perform proper crunches at least 3 times a week to train your abs. It's better than sit-ups because they really do very little to firm your stomach. Sit-ups work your hip flexors more than anything else.

    7. Drink plenty of water. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses per day. Not only will it help fill you up so you eat less, but it aids in digestion.

    8. Stop eating within 3 hours of bedtime. If you have to munch on something, eat a small portion of vegetables or fruit. Not eating late can make a huge difference.

    9. Eat smaller meals more often instead of 2-3 big meals per day to keep from having that bloated look and feeling. Eating more meals actually kicks up your metabolism.

    10. Take a break from healthy eating once in a while and treat yourself to your favorite dessert. If you completely deprive yourself of the foods you love you'll run the risk of going back to your bad eating habits. Moderation is the key.

Just remember that slow and steady wins the race when it comes to slimming your waistline and flattening your stomach. There's no such thing as losing your stomach fast. You have to work at it daily and remain consistent with your diet and exercise.

If you remember nothing else, remember this: A flat stomach comes with TOTAL BODY FITNESS - not just from spot toning your stomach with crunches.

    Will Do, thanks

  6. I'm using XtremeSlim Hardcore, which after using it, ito ang napansin ko

    1. Parang di ka napapagod, I usually jog (cross-trainer) pagka gising and then weights ng konti then off to work

    2. parang lagi kang busog though para ka naman addict sa tubig. sa ngayon okay lang sa akin ang sandwich sa breakfast and lunch (brown bread with pressed beef, lady's choice sandwich spread and a slice of cheese)Dinner is with rice

    3. Maybe insonmia, pero if i do jog in the morning masarap ang tulog ko sa gabi so im sure about insomnia

    4. Para akong naliligo sa pawis every after the jogging session

    5. i lost 5 kgs in two months, mabagal pero im happy with it, two months since i started using it
