    was able to stop by Bronx along scout tuason, near timog... if you are coming from quezon ave (fairview bound), turn right to timog, 4th corner is sct tuason (sa may shell), turn left.. konti nalang bronx na..

     

     

    so far okay naman.. bago yung place.. may stools sa bar.. so meaning pwede ka sa bar nalang uminom, especially pag solo flight.

     

    nice place.. open air nga lang.. para syang rooftop na inayusan at nilagyan ng roofing na made of hard plastic (translucent type)

    beers are cheap, may bucket offers sila: for Bucket of 12-San Mig Light 399.00php with free pulutan, for bucket of 12-Red Horse 420.00php with free pulutan

    may sexy sa bar syempre.. bartender ata yon.. sexy na hot na pretty :) yummy hehehehe

     

    update ko to post na to especially about the pulutans once na try ko na :)

     

    if ever ur planning to celebrate or something that you might need more tables, you can drop by and look for my friend joyce or bullet the bar tender.

    this place is starting to be cheap. bootyshaking and now bodyshot. it's obvious na mga hookers naman yung mga sumasali.

     

    given yan... since halos pare-pareho lang ng production group / promoters ang nag iikot ikot sa mga bars/clubs sa qc area :)

     

    btw, anyone knows sched ni dj nina dito? balita ko dito daw sya madalas nowadays :)

    I agree that the two mentioned are good restos...... I recommended them to a couple of my friends and they loved it.

     

     

     

     

    what type of food are they serving ???? continental? chinese? spanish?

     

    the only UNO resto I heard of so far is the chinese inspired resto in Escolta.

     

    i believe it serves italian dishes.. or at least italian inspired :)

     

     

    the resto is very eye catching what with its very colorful lights and interiors ....... the disappointing part is the "fastfood" concept as well as "fastfood level" food.

     

     

     

    i second the motion.. place was well lit.. and the food on their menu are mostly in "meals"

     

    went here to try their longganisang lucban and sisig.. but hmm.. not the type of fastfood i'd im gonna dine if i choose to go for a "fastFood"

     

    btw, i will rate their longganisa 6.5 out of 10... not much as compared with some brands of processed longganisas available in the groceries.

    I haven't dined there in years ....... but I'm almost sure that KATRE is still very much around. (hmmmmmm I should do a Food Trip there again)

     

     

     

    Hmmmmmm surprisingly I'm not familiar with the existence of an UNO Restaurant in the area. Do you know its location??? I think I should try this one out too.

     

     

    it's at the corner of sct. fuentebella and tomas morato sts., if you are coming from e.rod, it will be on your left side..

     

    we went for the "specialty of the day", which i can't remember the name, posted on their menu board... food was great :)

    intayin mo sasalubong sa yo na staff.. tanong mo kung may vacant na 295, 395, 495, 595, o kung ano pang 95 na nakita mo na tarp na naka promo sa labas.. then kung meron, ppark mo na otto mo or baba ka ng taxi mo at i-lead ka na nila papunta sa kwarto mo.. pag pasok mo sa kwarto, bago mo maisara yung pinto, sasabihin nung room boy, "sir, dial zero lang po pag may kailangan" okay sarado pinto..

     

    teka, wag ka muna ma excite dahil in less than 5minutes mag rring ang phone ng kwarto mo..

     

    room check lang yon, tatawag yung receptionist just to make sure na okay yung room mo and walang problema, pluse tatanong din nila kung may gusto kayo i-order.. ayun.. after that.. siguro alam nyo na gagawin nyo :)

     

    pag tapos na kayo at di pa expired ang room time, at gusto nyo na umalis.. just dial zero, sabihin nyo check out na... wait for the bill, pay, and then go...

     

    now kung wala ka dala otto, at gusto mo makalabas ng vicky ng discreet mode, just ask for a service car, normally 120.00php yon within 3 kilometers lang drop off.. :)

    ako din, minsan i ride solo, pag wala tlga makasama, any suggestions sa fort area? been doing some back reading, yung new bar, limbo sa may net plaza, ok ba tlga dito?

     

     

    distillery is one, kaso dapat malalim bulsa mo imported beers ksi dito minimum is 100/can or bottle, miss ko tuloy yung Becks, hehehe.. and dapat may kasama ka at least 1, ksi dami tumatambay dito, mejo ma feel mo loneliness pag nakita mo yung crowd... btw, bar chow lang dito, peanuts and nachos lang food na available if i remembered right :)

     

    try New Orleans, sa may boni high, okay din lalo na pag happy hour pa, ksi lahat ng drinks pati cocktails 50% off :)

     

    Nice thread! I am also looking for a bar for singles na hindi ka magmumukang tanga... Is there such bar sa MOA?

     

     

    sa moa area, try going thru the Bay area.. dami bars jan..

     

    mga bro subukan nyo concierto sa quezon avenue at may bulag na tumutugtog ng piano :rolleyes: kaya nakakarelax at unwind sa maghapon na trabaho. lagi ko nakikita dyan si mr shooli nagpapalipas ng oras. :ohmy:

     

    san kaya po ito? para maiba naman ang tema ng aking pag sosolo hehehehe...

    we were there past midnight..

    the place is big, with 2nd floor for VIP rooms i think

     

     

    it was fully packed.. i believe i saw some of the fhm girls and other celebrities..

    the bar is so busy that it will take 15 to 20minutes to serve the cocktail you ordered.

    airconditioning is so-so.. maybe because the place is fully packed..

     

     

    there were russian girls dancing up on the highest ledge (not really sure if they were russians, but that was the rumor around the place)

     

    dj nina went up playing at about 130am

     

    we just stayed for about an hour or 2 ....

     

    oh well it's a big and busy opening event.. it did caused traffic jam in the area, and parking was so hard that i was forced to park a block away.

    you can see VIPs all over the place...

     

    will try this place again.. maybe next week or next next week to feel the place properly

    see how it will go without the VIPs and celebs and how will it redefine clubbing with almost the same gimmick and djs..
