Resorts World Bar 360 is a good spot pag nagiisa. I got tired of the bad parking situation so what I do is park my car at one of their Free Shuttle pick up points ( mine is at the McDo Starmall Las Pinas). The shuttles have 3-4 hours intervals, that's usually how long I like to relax and unwind while being entertained by Russian acrobats or one of Manila's top singing groups. i'm a lazy guy when it comes to workouts but i'll tell ya what worked for me and something i actually enjoy doing.

I walk for 1 hour every day around my village and I substituted brown rice for white rice.

After six months I went down from 210 pounds to 155 and still dropping. I had a big tummy at one point(so big I could no longer bend to tie my laces) but now things are back to normal.

I'm not buff or anything but I am also no longer obese(my ideal non-obese range is 143-158) so I'm a happy camper.

walking helps me clear my head so it's both physically and mentally beneficial for me.

sa Mercado Buffet sa Resorts World ang the best so far na kare-kare/bagooong na natikman ko sa mundo. whenever I go there I make sure to eat a full plate of Oxtail, veggies and bagoong - no rice or anything else just a full plate of kare-kare w/ bagoong. simply the best, better than all the rest.

What I heard its their Airconditioning system that got short circuited. And this is the same system that kept on breaking down since the system is below standard and somebody did made money. Anyway on the good side, the personnel went home early since the electrical fix will take time. And met with some of the lady dealers in Malate and had a drinking spree. It was a wild party specially when they went to my condo here in Makati. A few left early since they are on the morning shift. But alot of them are still here sleeping.

i went there yesterday with some friends and the casino was closed due to technical problems daw! damn they lost a ton of revenue, it was a packed saturday night. i'm pretty sure whichever department was at fault suffered ALOT of terminations.

pag pala walang casino boring dun lol, we stayed for around 1 hour before deciding to go home.

 

 

about the jackpot, yes, kahit magkano taya mo, sumusulpot ang jackpot but the higher na taya mo, the higher the possibility na pwede kang labasan ng jackpot, when my mom and my sister won 100K sa Fafafa....P25 lang taya nila so, kahit 25 lang taya mo, there still a chance that you can win sa jackpot prizes nila....

yup tama, i remember when i got the 3 dragons on fafafa my bet was 50p. those betting 500p a spin were getting more fafafas but they were all panda lol. i also got 5 trains on money train and got major, my bet was only 25p at the time.
