This topic is so vague "Programming". There's so many types of programmers.
There's software, hardware, web, etc. And tons of coding languages.
Its like putting all sports into one thread conversation. It would be a hot mess.

Is this place still open?

Anyone know the cost of Table Service here? TIA

Whey protein is important immediately after workouts.

A girl with white tank top is sexy for some reason.
I also think when her hair is a little messy turns me on.
Whats really seductive is when I say something naughty and
she gives me that mean look with a twitch in her eyes lol.

This fight will not happen. Manny is too much of a risk for that fool. His undefeated record is to precious for him. Manny doesn't need him anyway. He's the greatest boxer of this era.

2-3 liters per day should be enough.

I assure you, this story's 100% true. I've been in relationships before. But I'm pretty new to the KTV/MP scene, and this is the first time I've fallen for an MPA.
She seemed like such a good, wonderful person. Almost perfect, personality-wise and looks-wise. It was so easy to fall in love with her. And that's what hurts so much. Only now I'm realizing the person I fell for doesn't really exist. She was just a "character" created by the MPA - the ideal girl that is so easy to love, and hard to forget.
Seems I'm finding out the HARD WAY about their MO and the techniques they use to seduce/fool their clients.
Yes, I'm a skeptic, that's why my brain tells me she's a liar. But you know what they say about hope - it's hard to k*ll. Even if it's just false hope. There's a part of me that still wants to believe she's a good person, that she really IS the person I fell for. And who knows, maybe I'm right? Maybe once, she WAS a good person. Until her whole world was turned upside down, she was forced into this industry, and she became bitter and angry about her predicament.
But I know right now she's no good for me. It's just the hope that I'm having trouble with. It's the hope I have to learn to deal with before I can move on.
As for my gf, I've actually been thinking of ending our relationship even BEFORE I met the MPA. Meeting the MPA just made things a little more complicated.
You have to think that MPA or Gros are human's too. Just because their in that industry doesn't mean they are different than normal girls. You can meet a normal girl somewhere else and they too can be all about money. They'll get with you only because you have money. And leave you once they find someone with more money. Normal girls can cheat, lie, abuse you like these girls you meet at MPAs. Its no different.

what happened to the "born skeptic?" skeptics need to be 100% convinced to believe, if theres a single doubt then thats something to think about. were you 100% convinced that she loves you?
she showed so many inconsistencies as a gf. lying to the teeth. needs your money. your considered as a guest. would you invest everything youve got for a one way kind of relationship?
you have a gf, dont waste her time and love. would you actually leave your gf for a person with that attitude?
bro, i hope that you get your act together and completely forget her. she's a waste of your time.
Something tells me this guy just made up this story. If not, he must be really knew to relationships, just plain blind, or isn't telling the whole truth.
He's a skeptic right. But has doubts about her true feelings towards him and is thinking about leaving his current gf. That just doesn't
seem normal to me.

I'm loyal, thats the truth,
but if im unfaithful, blame it on the Grey Goose.
Emperadore or Matador pour it out, drink till i pass out.
Sometimes cant keep my mind straight,
Ima handle it like the old days.
Not scared to die, im hard,
with my girl drunk driven in my old car.
Shots of brandy, remember me,
stunt 101, yup thats me!

MTC is great, being a Fil-Am I get to learn from the perspective of filipino's from the Philippines. I also get to learn the tagalog language by reading through the threads. Whats also helpful are the FRs about the different type of clubs and bars in Manila. Its great to read the opinions of both sex's. The FRs are pretty accurate from the clubs and bars Ive been to so far.

Whats PSPs?
StoicVampire is correct, sextra is automatic for PSPs/MPAs, and most GROs too...
...but I assure you GMs, in the long run there won't be any difference.
If you know how to play your cards right!!!
-
I'm not an expert in this whole KTV thing but from what I've noticed since going to them are the girls their just want to have a conversation in the club or their really out to get your money. They are experts in what they do. Its a game and most of them play their cards right. If your not super filthy rich, I don't know how you can get these girls away from what they do best and thats playing with guys and getting their money. Like I said, I'm no expert in this and never had relations with a KTV girl outside of the club but from the times I've spend in KTV bars they really do know how to make a guy try to fall for them.

This workout is okay, however your diet should be on a ratio of 4 carbs is to 1 protein, your body will only utilize the necessary protein and no more, so the rest just goes to waste. Excess protein is also hard on the kidneys so it is not advisable. You will lose weight definitely, but its not healthy. The point with carbs is you have to eat the right amount. This means that eat just enough carbs to fuel your exercise and no more. Remember carbs are your main energy source, the next is fat. Protein is the last energy source you'd want to take.
Yes your right, to much protein is bad. I don't go above what I need. I also don't eat too much carbs. Mostly protein and vege. I get most of my protein source from whey.

Max's is good, the portion is big.
I've heard its also good at Aristocrat.
-
I use to weigh almost 200 lbs and now weigh around 150.
What I did was change the way I eat. Eat less Carbs. I know its hard
since us Filipino's eat every meal with rice
I stick to eating a lot of proteins(Chicken, Fish) and Vege's.
Eating right is as much important as the workouts.
Now for the workouts. Depending what I'm doing that day. If I'm
hitting the heavy bag, I usually do about 1 mile of running to warm up.
Then hit the heavy bag for about 8-10 3 minute rounds with 1 minute
rest in between.
If I'm weight lifting that day I'd run for about 20 mines and then
start lifting weights. And when I say run I mean extensive running,
never jogging. If your shirt isn't soaked with sweat by the end of your
workouts then that means your not working hard enough.
My total workouts last about 1 hour, sometimes more.
Also, its very important to stretch before and after your workouts.
-
When I'm running or hitting the heavy bag I try to mix it up with some hip hop and
fast beat house music.

Icon Bar at Intercon hotel makati. The crowd is classy, super ganda ng sound system (THE BEST sa lahat ng napuntahan ko)...house music :thumbsupsmiley: Excellent laser lights :hypocritesmiley:..... :thumbsdownsmiley:
Stay away from Icon on Thursdays. The girls are a bit manly but if your into that stuff then go for it lol.

Can someone tell me the popular house songs being played in Manila right now?
I heard this 1 song that has a nice beat to it. It was being played everywhere I go,
where it be in clubs or bars.
I usually don't listen to house music but the one's they played in Manila were good.
