yes, windows security is good enough for me. back then during windows 7 need to install separate anit malware and antivrus. but it drag down the performance of the pc. and it need to be paid to be able to get the best of it. so the free version still has alot of limitations.

old or new phone, tablets, laptop or desktop. always be careful. specially the office devices. who knows who is accessing while your not around. for me i always double or triple check nothing is left beind before i dispose of the old devices.

specially the one that has IT department in office. they can see who is access which website. mga hi-tech routers may feature na to record all the web activities.
