Starbucks in Belmont closes midnight. And if I am not mistaken the gas station (Total) has one too.

Any recommendation for bars or clubs to go (ie in Manila or Makati Area) that are open late til after 4am?

Tipong a place to wind up or get a last round of beer before the sun rises ;-) as usually i only know places that close at either 3 or 4am. Eh nakakabitin kung minsan.
