  1. Paano kung stressed out ka sa buhay mo kasi ayaw sayo ipakita ung baby mo?

     

    Tapos stressed out ka sa mga kaibigan mo, kasi lagi nang diditch?

     

    Tapos stressed out ka sa school kasi madami kang ibang iniisip?

     

    In short, hassle na hassle ka na sa buhay mo.....

  2. You just need something to divert your intention to.

    Smoking is just an oral fixation, if you get over it, it'll be easy to quit smoking.

     

    A hobby perhaps.

    A lover.

    Replacement for smoking like gum or candy.

    Activities you're dedicated to and you need to quit smoking for this activity.

     

    Quitting is just mind over matter, almost like everything else in this world.

    You just have to tell yourself you can do it.

     

    If you're planning on stopping, just do it step by step, like before a pack a day,

    after a week, try making it 15 sticks a week, then lower the number until you reach 0. :D

     

    (sounds easy but hard to do. well, as they say " Kung gusto may paraan, pag ayaw maraming dahilan '"

  3. Dipende sa trippings :D Maraming pampatulog depende na lang un sa tao kung ano ung gusto niyang pampatulog :D

    Hobbies

    Leisure

    Etc.. Etc..

     

    Hahaha :D

     

    Effective pala pag nakakapag exercise ka at least 2-3 times a week. Better kung every other day. :D

  4. Diet muna focus mo. Discplined ka dapat, piliin mo ung diet na suitable para sa lifestyle mo.

    ( To lose weight dapat makapag burn ka ng at least 500-1000 more calories sa normal calorie intake mo )

     

    Pwedeng three times a day, normal food intake pero morning ka lang mag rice (one cup lang ah) , tapos more on

    white meat and vegies ung laman ng diet mo.

     

    Pwede ding 5-6 times a day ka kakain, pero in small amounts. as in small.

    Dapat malakas ka sa water intake mo 3-4 liters a day.

     

    Siyempre sabay ung diet sa exercise. Same din sa diet, piliin mo ung workout mo dipende sa work.

    Ung daily exercises alternate mo lang ung upper, core, pati lower body workouts.

     

    For example:

    1st day - Pushups (chest) 3 sets x 10 reps, Pushups (Triceps) 3 sets x 10 reps, Tricep Dips 3 sets x 10 reps

    2nd day - Planking 3 sets (1 minute kung kaya), Crunches 3 sets x 15-20 reps, Side Crunches 3 sets x 15-20 reps

    3rd day - Squats 3 sets x 15-20 reps, Lunges 3 sets x 15-20 reps, calf raises 3 sets x 15-20 reps

    (parang ganyan, alternate lang tapos dagdagan pati mag experiment ka, home workout lang yan ah hahaha)

     

    Sa supps:

    Multivitamins, Vitamin C, Fish oil/Grape Seed... Kahit yan lang carry na yan... Dipende lang kung ano goal mo, dun papasok ung ibang supps.

    I wouldn't recommend you any nitric oxide products. Have tried NO xplode and naNO vapor,

    I threw up like there was no tomorrow. My hands kept on shaking because of the over stimulation.

     

    The bottom line is you're better of with a cup of coffee if you just need a quick boost for your pre-workout.

    Or caffeine pills if you prefer.

     

    What are you aiming for anyway?
