This steak place in UP Town Center, 2nd floor, forgot the name. Terrible kitchen. Their waiters got heart though, managed to take all the flak from angry diners.

In my experience, as a steak restaurant, they couldn't cook their steaks properly. I'm not kidding.

The kitchen probably taught the waiters to reason that steaks are "Medium" but it was either raw, unevenly seared, or overcooked. I can't really blame the waiters because let's face it, they probably can't tell the difference. I guess my mistake was going to this place for steak.

Tried the Vikings in SM North and SM Marikina and both were equally disappointing.

Friends say that the "best" Vikings branch is the one at MOA, but I'd rather not try only to disappoint myself.

I can't argue on which is better between Yakimix and Vikings, but I'd choose the former any day of the week.
