  1. Ipad2 has just been released, good thing I did not buy ipad last week kundi luma na agad. . . Settled for another brand and turned out to be a good buy coz it could do what ipad2 can do

    and that is...?

  2. thanks for the reply erika123 and mango man,

i looked at the performers of 2010 and FAMI topped in the equity and balanced funds. they also did quite well on fixed income. im seriously considering them but would also check on citibank. i've narrowed down my options to balanced and fixed income. any thoughts on FAMI? i know that if i want to preserve my capital and earn income i would need to invest on at least balanced funds since basing on last year's, the fixed income's year on year yields were only within 5% - 6% on the high side. im looking that if i get the same yield, inflation would erode my investment.

  3. hi mango man,

i agree and am not thinking of venturing any time soon. i remember i had a friend who was connected to a forex trading who introduced me to their trial trading (mock trading). i ended up losing my virtual money that's why i didn't pursue

btw, what bank/financial institutions offer or project the best low-risk instruments nowadays? i have some excess USD that i can invest for at least a year.

  4. agree on the above post. gold fishes actually thrive in green water. i've seen a tanks covered with thick carpet algae on its back and bottom glass...makes for a very nice natural background that contrasts the GF's vibrant color.

any reefers here? care to share your set-up? im planning to set up one, maybe a 100g or 120g. sobrang gastos lang so i need to save up for it. mahal kasi lighting and chiller. hehehe

  5. medyo lowtech ako kaya di ako familiar how paypal works kaya baka meron makakapagpaliwanag sa tanong ko:

    1) halimbawa na me visa card naman ako, kailangan ko pa ba kumuha ng eon ng unionbank?

    2) kung me bibilin ako, syempre my visa card would be charged, what are the charges that would be added to the purchase and by whom, PP ba or ung CC company?

    3) BSP rate ba ang forex na ginagamit ng CC company at kelan - date of purchase or date of posting?
