    ayun natapos ko naman 25k kahit very minimal practice

    masaya pa din ako sa naging performance ko (no injury, no cramps)

    post ko FR sa tues :-)

    Event Venue: La mesa Nature Reserve, Fairview, Quezon City

    Race Distance: 42Km, 21km, 12km, 5km

    DEADLINE OF REGISTRATION: SEPTEMBER 30

    RACE CUT OFF TIMES:
    42km: 9 hours
    21km: 5 Hours
    12km: 3 Hours
    6km: 1.5 Hours

    Awards and Prizes:
    Medals and Sponsors Products will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers on all distances.

    most on the items are less than 100 bucks.

    depende po siguro sa target crowd mo, saka sa location. Pag maraming mayaman sa lugar mo kahit 300 pa yan basta masarap at maganda experience papatok yan.

    Pero kung malapit sa mga offices, siguro mas patok ung abot kayang halaga at mga barkada packages
