im planning to buy an entry level digital camera that is waterproof. im inclined to buy a pentax optio ws80. though this is a 2009 model, dbgadgets sells it at php5,900. pwede na rin kasi i still have my old but reliable sony t30. any fr on this model?

not yet. inasikaso ko kasi yung bail ko kasi nai file na yung demanda nya sa mtc. ano ba practical at magandang option to take eh mukhang nalagyan na yung fiscal to favor yung kalaban ko.

option 1: file for motion for reconsideration to the dismissal resolution of the fiscal;

option 2: face trial

ano pa ba options ko? pag nag face trial ba ako at sinabi ng judge na sya ang may mali, automatic ba na sya ang magbabayad sa akin kahit na yung case na on trial ay sya ang nagrereklamo? o do i have to file for a separate case at gagawin ko evidence yung decision ng judge na sinasabi sya talaga may kasalanan.

ask ko lang po kung sakop ng Land Transportation Traffic Code ang loob ng private subdivisions. sa loob po kasi ng subdivision nangyari yung insidente ng banggan at ito rin po ang naging basis ng fiscal sa kanyang resoloution. salamat po.

A lawyer needs to be able to read the Resolution before being able to give a responsible and intelligent course of action. Go consult one asap or send a copy of the resolution to one of the lawyers here.

 

It is not clear from your posts how things actually happened. It now becomes a matter of evidence na lang if you really want to fight this one out. I suggest though that if you have comprehensive insurance, just avoid the hassle and settle this case asap. Otherwise, you might find yourself litigating this matter for years to come.

yes, may pending case na ako sa mtc. parehas kasi kami nagsampa ng reklamo sa fiscal, unfortunately na dismiss yung reklamo ko at na elevate sa mtc yung reklamo nya. i have doubts na nalagyan yung fiscal.

ask ko lang po sa mga lawyers na pwede at gustong magbigay ng advice, i can email you the resolution and pictures para mas maintindihan po ninyo nangyaring insidente. i also made some points na sa tingin ko pwede i raise, i just dont know kung may bearing pag dating sa court.

It's best to PM the lawyers here. They are easy to spot. But in respect to the profession, please do know that like doctors, lawyers can charge for a consultation. It is fair to pay a lawyer for the advice he will give.

i have been involved in a vehicular accident sa loob ng subdivision. ang problema, hindi binigyan ng weight ng fiscal yung mga circumstances ng accident. yung tama kasi ng sasakyan ko sa harap at dun sa kabilang party sa side ang tama. of course ang initial judgement natin, yung sasakyan ko ang bumangga sa kanya. but the truth is na side swipe nya ako because speeding sya.
