tanong ko lang...how does credit card refund work? I made an airline ticket purchase using my card but I had to cancel the flight. The airline said that they will refund the amount directly to my card after 60 working days. how does that work? does it mean that the cc company will pay me instead of me paying them? or will it just be balanced with any outstanding or future use? what it I currently do not have any outstanding balance?
the refund will just reflect in your statement like a negative charge. if you don't have any outstanding balance, you will end up with a credit balance which you can use to offset any future purchases. i never tried to actually get a credit back as money though. bad trip lang talaga that it takes so long for the credit to reflect back into your card. once, the airline company was the one who cancelled my flight, but it still took more than 60 days to get the refund to appear on my statement.

gulliver's or highlands steakhouse. the original in highlands itself still seems better than the one at MOA, or it could be the atmosphere and ambience just nicer at highlands

there's one in salcedo at the park beside makati sports club. open every saturday from early morning till after lunch time i think. there's a lot of home cooked food and organic stuff and garden stuff. i believe there is also one in legaspi village near legaspi and rada streets.
hello guys help me remember , i saw on local tv a feature on makati street market complete local manufacture items and home cook foods , it's a community project , no t sure if it's salcedo . i stay in binondo and like to experince makati in a fast phase ala "speed dating style" -
kikufuji along pasong tamo (near makati cinema square) is a really good and authentic japanese resto. lots of japanese eat there and the price is quite reasonable. you can have a meal for around 300 pesos and it includes a lot of appetizers like salad and some sashimi and iced coffee too. lots of liquor available too if you want to have some sake with your meal.

Well, for the buffets at paseo uno (mandarin hotel), circles (makati shangri la) and spirals (philippine plaza or sofitel) all are excellent buffets. if you are going, try to find someone who has a priviledge card para sulit talaga ang punta mo. in paseo uno and circles, its 33% off or 1 person free if there are 3 of you. for spirals its 50% off or parang buy 1 take 1 so it becomes really worth it.
spirals has the most choices and the largest area but I think circles has best quality food. all have choices of chinese, japanese and american food and all have grills and sushi and salad bar. if you want an excellent meal or you are on a date with someone who enjoys eating, these are all good choices.
There goes the diet!!! ha ha ha.However, can I make a request...
For some of the spots previously mentioned... could some of you guys be kind enough to give a FR of your experiences there, coz i've been to some of these buffets and quite frankly, they are not always what they're cracked up to be.

Had dinner at Abe at Serendra a few nights ago and it was GREAT food. The lamb adobo was especially good. Nice to have Filipino food na medyo upgraded from the normal. Only problem was the place was really noisy so if you want to talk, this is not really the best place. If you want to eat though, ok talaga Abe.

Love is all that matters. If you really love her, so what if she's a virgin or not. Love means accepting her for all she is, good and bad. If you can't accept her and her past, then I don't think it's really love.

Is there actually anything to do there? Seems the past few times I've passed, there are always maybe 5 cars at most parked outside. Always thought it had not yet been finished or was never finished.
S14Glad to help. Yes, it's still operational, but sorry I haven't been inside, I just pass it when I need a shortcut to Lemery, Batangas(without passing Nasugbu,Tuy,Balayan and Calaca) which is where that road passing Laurel will take you, so if you reach that(the junction down in Lemery), you missed it . ....I'm pretty sure you won't miss it, as that Castle is huge.

Funny you mentioned the BULALO in RESIDENCE INN. I LOVE the bulalo there, and we used to drive all the way to tagaytay just to enjoy the bulalo and the view from there. It's definitely one of the best in town. Just irritating when, sometimes, they make you pay the entrance fee even if you're just going to eat at the restaurant and not visit the mini-zoo. Wish they could just always waive the fee if you can show them that you ate at the restaurant or something like that.
S14 , you seems like you love travellingAside from going to Jospehines or perhaps you wanna try Sonia's Garden or Antonio's Bed and Breakfast (which is along the way going towards Casino Filipino) ... there is also a mini-zoo and hotel there RESIDENCE INN .... come by and visit, you may also try the restaurant which serves one of the best BULALO in town
There is also Tagaytay Highlands, but for members only.. they also have a mini zoo inside
Or if you are adventurous enough, you can try trekking at Ilong ni Maria..... The experience is wonderful and the scenario is breathtaking...
Horseback riding is one of the activities you can do either at Taal Vista lodge or at Picnic Groove.
There is also a flower farm in Tagaytay-Mendez, it's about 45 mins. tour
There is also
If you want to stay overnight... you may stay at Day's Inn Hotel which belongs to the family of cebucitylocal or the newest hotel in Tagaytay which is Dacha Hotel that has swimming pool and jacuzzi  They can also accommodate up to 15 people per Villa
If you need more information and assistance.. am just a pm away
I love Tagaytay!

disneyworld in florida is by far the best, imho. it has so many attractions and you can visit lots of other theme parks in the area if you're not satisfied. disney in hk seems way too small and has too few feature rides kaya sobrang haba ng pila sa space mountain and jungle cruise. it's worth visiting once and if you have kids it's a much cheaper alternative than other disney's but would be nice sana if they made it a bit bigger.

They have quite a few branches now. Original along meralco ave near metrowalk. There's one outside Power Plant Mall/Rockwell near the starbucks. Also one sa may katipunan I think. I'm kinda disappointed now with the quality though, used to taste better and better value for money before. Guess lots of people still like them though.
Where is brother's burger? -
Oh, and Rufo's opened a branch in Ortigas Center too. It's located along San Miguel Ave near UAP.
If you're in Makati along P Burgos, try Rufo's just on the side of the old International School.Nice tapsilog there...and affordable too.

Did you know Rodic's finally opened a branch in Makati. It's located in Legaspi Village, I think along legaspi street near the corner of herrera street.
Rodic's sa UP Shopping Center... the best tapa in town...
