medyo mas mahirap na for me maka recover sa runs. usually 1-2 days masakit katawan ko after. still trying to lose weight para nde masakit sa tuhod. so far naman, no pain sa tuhod after runs. problema ko is my lower back hurts more. sabi dahil sa long hours of sitting (which is true) so my are hips tilted. kaya napuputol yung momentum ko while running/jogging. anyway, sana mas sipagin pa tumakbo. i know i cant go back to the way i was running back in the day, pero atleast i am back on the track
