with a 26 to 27 inch screen in the Philippines? All I

can find is the Hanns-G brand which doesn't look very

Does anybody know where to buy slightly higher end monitors?

I am looking to buy a 26 or 27 inch monitor. I have tried

looking for a store selling them but most stores max out at

24 inches (most do not even carry a good 24 inch unit).

I do not want the 28 inch HannsG or the older Viewsonic VX2835

as they seem to have low picture quality.

It is mostly going to be used for normal computer work (email,

wordprocessing, spreadsheets, surfing, and watching movies).

I want to be able to play games some times so the 30 inch units

are out of the question. This is because the good units tend to

have very high resolutions and my computer cannot handle it.

16:10 or 16:9 ratio is okay with me but 16:10 is preferred.

I just got a Canon G10. Pretty happy with the unit. Only disappointment was that it wasn't quite as fast as

I hoped shooting from one photo to the next. It is a lot faster than my old camera but still worlds away

from a DSLR.

yes, meron ding 2693HM don... one of the differences between the two is that TH260HD has a tv out but i don't need that, kasi sa pc ko gagamitin, and may tv tuner na ang pc ko, but i don't know kung may makukuha pa akong 2693HM.

Meron ka bang nahanap na 2693HM. Ilan Samsung dealers na ang natanong ko and wala pa akong nahahanap na pwedeng bilihan nitong model na ito. Naisip ko na nang bumili nung T260HD na lang kaya lang medyo alanganin ako sa mga monitors na TV rin. Experience ko dati ay hindi okay yung pag basa nang text sa ganitong type, medyo masakit sa mata.

switched lanes on me for no reason. I drove at 190 km/h for about 2+ hours in the

middle of the night in California a couple of years ago.

toyota is still the best. its up to the owner kung papano nya aalagaan ang sasakyan. parang tao din yan, kapag may sakit dapat ginagamot agad.

Though I believe that toyotas in general are very reliable, one cannot proclude the possibility that

they would have a bad design or a bad batch of parts once in a while. We have a 2002 1.6G Altis

and it was already burning oil when two years ago when it had only 40,000km. We do our own

maintenance so there is no casa to blame here. We have owned more than 40 cars in the last

20 years and none of them ever required an overhaul this early. The closest one would probably

be an FX with 85,000 kms on it.

For me, it's the original Diablo. I played other games before but I played them rather casually, with no real motivation to finish the game. But after Diablo, for almost every game that I play, if it has a single player campaign, I play to the finish.

 

So what's the game that got you started in the wonderful world of gaming? What lured you to the dark side?

I remember the addictive qualities of the original Diablo very well. I got a copy on the night before my

final exams in college. I decided to try the game out first to relax. Then one more level, one more level....

next thing I know it was morning already and I finished the game. Unfortunately it was also already time

for me to rush to school without studying anything for my exams. I remember thinking that the game

really was appropriately named....

But what really got me started was Test Drive 2 for the computer. I logged in tons of hours on this game

to get the fastest lap times for each and every one of the cars for every course. Grabing fanatical talaga!

I broke four keyboard keys on two keyboards with this game (as in the keys actually breaking off)!

I am not a lawyer either but I guess that you could probably sue as well.

The rules on civil cases are pretty loose. However, you have to prove

actual damages to the courts first. I don't think that you would be able

to get anything substantial even if you win.

Unfortunately, we don't place much value on such things here in the Philippines. If the owner of the motel has money, they would probably just opt to buy the judge as well.

Also, though the media would feasting on it might help you case, you

might find yourself to be an instant celebrity. Just imagine the possible

embarassment of having your name, your picture, or even the sex act itself (probably with mosaics on your faces) broadcasted nationwide.

Much like a porn actor, but unfortunately with no pay. :O
