house and lot pa din. mas naga-appreciate ang value ng property as compared to a condo. plus, limited space lang talaga condo. yung creativity mo limited lang sa interior design. not like pag own house, mas maganda mag-design ng house and lot kasi may kasama pang landscaping, architectural aesthetics, etc.

work smart. tried and tested. you don't need to work hard. you just need to be efficient. you need to know when kelangan magpabibo para mapansin. it has got me to where i am right now.

i was cheated on nung college. nung time na yon parang naisip ko i still want her back. well eventually, sumama na siya dun sa ibang guy. stupid me was still trying to woo her back.

looking back though, it's better na di na din kami nagkabalikan. it would never be the same anyway. but it was a humbling and great learning experience.

i've recently tried yung razon's sa may banawe. i'd still prefer yung sa chowking over razon's. mas close kasi yung chowking sa mga halo-halo na nabibili lang sa kapitbahay eh. mas marami sahog.

sir, have you tried changing lenses and seeing if the blob is appearing at the exact position? if it does, then nasa sensor na yung dust mo niyan.

usually blower bulb lang ok na yan. NEVER mo hihipan ang sensor mo. go sa mga camera shops and ask for a cleaning kit. sa hidalgo madami. or if you can't afford it right now, ang ginagamit ko before was yung babyflo na nasal aspirator (rubber suction bulb) when i was starting. mas madali bumili niyan kasi sa mga watsons meron niyan eh.

i'm not sure kung bakit down na yung website nila pero i had a chance to visit their site kasi nga interested ako pumunta to take pictures. what they posted there was Php400 for adults and Php200 for kids (i can't recall if may height requirement).

It's good to see this finally got constructed kasi i already saw this on the masterplan of Boulevard 2000 when i was doing my thesis in college way back in 1999. Along with that masterplan was the creation of MOA and other developments along Roxas Boulevard.
