    Napaliit ko tiyan ko in 3 months po, heavy drinker kasi ako lalo na beer, pero ng sumikip mga pantalon ko at hirap na ako mag sintas nag diet na ako, fruits lng sa umaga specially aples, then kamote sa tanghali, tapos rice sa 4PM, after that puro oatmeal na po hangan gabi pero pag gutom lng, no sugar no milk plus abs exercise po,,, effective promise

    much better pa kung may exercise pa! :cool:
