  1. What do you guys think? Personally, best place in the Q.C. Timog area. Best place to hang out with friends or even take a date to hang out. I got 4 buckets of Red Horse, 2 orders of Pulutan (Sisig and Flaming Tuna), and every bucket comes with free shrimp chips. Total damage? PHP 999! I asked the waiter, is this bill correct and he said yes. Have been coming back nightly until my vacation ended. I'm sure I will be back again soon.

  2. Hey quick question, anyone know of any good places to watch the games in QC? I live a little far off from the makati area and some of the places are annoying w/ overpriced finger foods and drinks. Any suggestions will do, thanks ahead.

(btw...I'm hopeing it's gonna come down to Argentina v. Germany ths year, don't care if little Mara is running up n down the touchline waving his arms about)

Actually, if you're from Makati, my cousin tells me that there is this place called Heckle and Jeckle in the Makati area. From what he says, that is where the most hardcore fans go so I suggest you go there. I'm not sure how much it is, but that is where the best football experience is. A place with ex-pats cheering on the Three Lions. Although you say you like Deutschland and Argentina, it will still be a good place for you to do your hating.

for true mancunian , best video ever ! kahit sino pa mag champion, MANCHESTER UNITED parin!

WE WILL NEVER DIE! THE RED FLAG KEEPS FLYING HIGH!

United's flag is deepest red: it shrouded all our munich dead; before their limbs grew stiff and cold; their heart's blood dyed

its ev'ry fold; then raise united's banner high; beneath its

    shade we'll live and die;so keep the faith and never fear;

we'll keep the red flag flying here. ...

  4. who are you supporting again biggyprox? liverpool right?

manchester united convincingly beat bolton 4-0 to regain the top spot from chelsea, chelsea trash aston villa 7-1..

spurs beat portsmouth 2-0 to hold on to 4th spot, mukhang mahihirapan ang liverpool maregain ang 4th spot, spurs are playing great, and with the reds, aston villa and mancity faltering, the 4th spot is for spurs to lose..

roma beat inter 2-1, 2 points na lang lead ng inter..

barcelona win 1-0 reducing the lead of real to 3points..

malapit na end ng season, every team is trying to win a trophy or gain qualification to europe..champions league na ulit this week..i hope manchester united beat bayern, go red devils!!! :)

    biggyprox is supporting Toon (Newcastle).

  5. with a good draw and a good coach in fabio capello, i believe england will do better this time..

and what a difference good coaching can do.. man united beat wolfsburg 3-1 using only 3 fullbacks instead of their usual 4 with the 2 being carrick and fletcher. and then the michael owen of old suddenly showed up and scored a hat trick! maybe they do have what it takes to win a double, or maybe a treble this year, hehe

January's the month where United usually TURN IT UP!! :thumbsupsmiley:

England did have an EASY draw!

DEFINITELY an easy draw for England. I myself, being American but love the English, will close my eyes for the first match on June 12. I love them both and will not celebrate if one scores against the other.

  7. barcelona 1 real madrid 0

    - wasn't as dominating as last year but barca pulled through. puyol and pique were huge. puyol is really the heart and soul of the team. he had at least 3 incredible goal saving tackles. and i've always thought pique was a tad slow and lumbering, but his positioning and decision-making is excellent.

    - dani alves is as crucial to the team as iniesta and xavi. the two best chances were created by the brazilian: the pinpoint cross which led to ibrahimovic's goal and the cheeky slide rule pass to set up messi (i think messi missed becoz he too was surprised with the pass).

    - iniesta is slowly getting back to form. he was much more involved than xavi, and seemed to be everywhere.

    - henry's career is definitely on the downslope. he was off pace and was rightly substituted for ibra. henry will still give barca great games, but the consistency is not there.

    - big gamble by guardiola almost cost the team. fielding the young busquets ahead of yaya toure was questionable, and busquets duly showed his inexperience with a stupid handball which got him sent off. and this was at the stage where barca were in the ascendency and threatening to dominate the match.

    - kaka and cronaldo are really dangerous. but madrid lacked the cutting edge in front of goal. higuain was marked well, and benzema is not the same player he was in with lyon.

watched the whole match. pains me to see ronaldo pissed off sitting on the bench after being subbed for benzema. although i'm a huge ronaldo fan, i do hope he stays pissed off that way and not win any titles at madrid. i just hope sir alex let him realize that his best is at united and will always be that way.

  8. arsenal lost to sunderland 1-0 and united won over everton 3-0..

also liverpool drew with city 2-2.. so united goes to 2nd! sayang chelsea won too, hehe (pasensya na sa mga chelsea fans)

haha screw liverpool. they have yet to win in how many league matches? city too i hate them. Merseyside derby next week i hope liverpool loses to the toffees. anyway, i think it'll be a 3 horse race until january, then 2, with chelsea and united fighting for the title until may.

  9. musta mga world cup qualifiers natin? miss ko na EPL games hehehe

Egypt vs. Algeria should be exciting considering all the HATE involved. I also like the France v. Ireland situation. Although Ireland are down 1-0, I'm still looking for an upset. But France should pull it off. It's bittersweet as only one of my United brothers will be able to make it to the World Cup from that bunch (Evra or O'Shea). I wonder how their relationship in the locker room will be after that. Although Portugal are comfortably in the lead, it would be interesting to see how the World Cup would be without Ronaldo. He is my favorite player, but it pains me to see him wearing all-white at the Bernabeu. I guess the last time I saw him in United colors he was wearing all-white as well. But I wish it were the days where he was wearing the red of United.
