If piano mode is your thing, there's a bar at the corner of Morato and Scout Ybardolaza owned by Skarlet (yes, the great Myra Ruaro of Put3Ska and Brownbeat). In fact she sings there herself accompanied by just a pianist. Torch songs and old standards are what she's doing now. Great voice, very nice lady and good place. Hangout ito ng mga musicians who sometimes jam with Skarlet. Good place to drink alone since it's very cozy.
