Most taxi dito sa atin, if you can avoid it, do it. Not like our neighbor country, most of their taxi's had meter receipt already. The last time I'm in Kuala Lumpur their taxi drivers are well uniformed, good driving skill and lastly honest with corresponding POS receipt. Dito sa atin, most taxi drivers dont even went to driving school, lack of discipline, and some cab meters are just unbelievable! hands down.
