need your advice..when i married my wife that was when i realized she owes a lot of people a lot of money..shes been receiving letters from law office..a while ago i received a subpoena for her. i think her case is bp 22. i think over all she owes this particular person 2mil. we dont have the means to pay such amount right now..im only about to leave to work abroad. what option can i do?thanks

this was posted a month ago, hope you were able to consult a lawyer so that the preliminary investigation of the case could be properly attended to. it's merely a subpoena so I would assume that it came from the prosecutor's office. if you chose to ignore the subpoena, there's a good chance that a warrant of arrest will soon by issued by the court.

A friend is toying with the idea.. Wonder about legal implications of benefiting from a sale of precious metals.

 

What if he negotiates for such sale between one who found a certain amount of metal and an authorized dealer?

 

Would he be questioned later if he starts investing in say, treasury bills/bonds, real estate, etc?

 

Are there implications for not selling directly to a government agency like BSP?

you're worried about AMLA implications? if the transaction is above board and covered by valid commercial agreements, no worries. just pay the correct taxes.

2. hanap ka ng witnesses na secret din, yung di nila kilala mga sarili nila (madami sa mandaluyong nito).

3. tapos hanap ka friends nyo, yung di nila alam na friends kayo (kaya nga secret eh).

4. tapos kung gusto nyo may ninong and ninang kayo, hanap kayo ng secret (or kung ayaw nyo, pag nagtanong pari or judge kung asan ninong/ninang, sagot mo secret syempre.

5. items 3 and 4 can be dispensed with.

required yung pari or judge to submit you marriage certificate to the civil registrar and eventually NSO, kaya request that the document be marked as confidential or SECRET.

Pang nag apply ka ng license, sabihin mo agad na secret, para di ka na bigyan ng license. kung ayaw pumayag ng judge or pari na walang license, patatakan mo din ng secret yung papel.
