It's basically the same body so malabo yung "This time medyo compact yung body.." They just released a facelift of the 2nd gen everest, which is quite similar to the first gen everest.

The everest never came out with gasoline powered engines. Eversince diesel talaga.

I think this facelift is quite nice, panget sa pictures but when I saw one sa road maganda naman. Engines are good, very torquey and one of the best sa class. Interior is trucklike but not really ugly.

Hindi naman 1.5 or 1.6 yung accord or Lexus LS :thumbsdownsmiley:

Mazda will be launching the 2 first, so baka yung new 3 next year pa. Earliest siguro 1st quarter, but pwede madelay

Lately I've been using Caltex Silver and have been getting good mileage. I just use the lower octane/cheapest available gas since it's just a waste gassing up with more expensive fuel and getting the same performance.

A lot of people waste money buying the more expensive fuels kahit hindi naman kailangan ng sasakyan na high octane

Ir really depends, pag bling look, Chrome. Basta bling bling yun kotse. Like (Expeditions, Escalades, Navigator, 300C, Suburban, Tahoe) Pero kung mga sentra civic, gunmetal dapat. Ricey pag chrome.

Ricey din mga compact sedan na VIP look or feeling VIP.

Sir Kanski is right, that is one instance where you can use the o/d switch.

You don't even have to bother turning it on or off. But for those who like to turn it on and off

For example, you drive a Nissan Cefiro with the standard 4-speed a/t transmission (PRND2L). By default everytime you start the car, the O/D is ON (no light in the instrument panel). With this setting, whether you are in Makati crawling through the stoplights or in EDSA with no traffic, the transmission would use all gears)

Should you decide to switch the O/D to OFF (light in the instrument panel would indicate O/D OFF) your car would just go through 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear. Now, if you're already running around 80, your revs would be higher with this setting since you're only using 3 gears. It would also consume more gas.

There's not much point turning it off, a/t transmissions are smart enough to select the right gear. If you need to go faster just floor the pedal

That would depend on you. If you're going to maximize the power, why not?

Gasoline. Diesel is too dirty, as in emissions. Solid particulates. It actually is visible to the naked eye. didikit sa lungs mo. Very toxic.

That is as far as old diesels go. Modern diesel engines are far better and some of them have better emissions compared to gasoline counterparts.

Just had our nissan tinted medium black sa windshield. All sides have super black na kasi. It was so hot a while ago that out of the blue I decided to have it tinted. For added privacy na din aside from the heat rejection.

Advans, tried and tested na maganda talaga. Currently have Adrenalins and maganda talaga kapit, but as per my experience, pag nasa limit na ng grip, medyo nakakatakot. Not sure if it's the car or the tires. hehe

Maganda din yan bro sige pag isipan ko muna... mas gusto ko pioneer tested ko maganda tunog at reasonable price. Mga 10k bro but I am willing to add a little kung hindi kaya or may mas maganda unit

 

Saan ba maganda bumili ng headunit? I am from Cavite kasi eh malapit samin dito si Kid audio sa Binan Laguna but I wonder kung mas makamura ba ako if punta ako Banawe or dito na ako sa may amin bumili. Is there a significant price difference? what do you think?

Sa mga current model kasi mas sulit yung Alpine. Madame talaga habol SQ gumagamit ng Alpine, pero if you insist on Pioneer, maganda din mga HU nila now. At that price range sure na may ipod connectivity na.

Usually you don't have to bother with the over drive switch na. The transmission is smart enough to select the right gears for you. Just step on the gas harder if you want to overtake
