Thanks very much for pointing out Hometel Inn in El Grande Ave., Sucat, Parañaque. I checked out and tried the place, it's great and very affordable! Imagine P400 pesos aircon for 12 hours, plus color TV! The full address is Hometel Inn, 344 El Grande Avenue, BF Homes, Parañaque (near Lopez Village/Lopez area...also near Aguirre Avenue on the other side). For fan room, it's only P200 pesos for 12 hours! It's an amazingly clean, quiet, private place, homey talaga, kaya hindi nakakahiya at discreet lang ang place. May kitchen pa pala! It's a real neat legitimate inn, friendly staff at 24 hours pa! Mas clean pa sa Orange Place or others. Hometel Inn tels. 8275345 or 8257524. It's a real honest-to-goodness inn, maganda at desente pa! Ang maganda pa dito, this is not your usual motel na madalas ay sleazy, talagang inn. Thanks for pointing out Hometel Inn! Salamat!

yong hometel sa loob ng bf.. mura lang don, 400+ for an A/C room (w/tv), 12 hours and 200+ for an ordinary room (electric fan lang, no tv).

downside lang nong place eh common ang bathroom, so kung ang kwarto mo eh nasa bandang dulo, you have to walk past other rooms pa para lang makagamit ng banyo,

pero ok na din yong lugar na yon, nde masyadong halata, dahil nasa loob ng subdivision.
