    dear lawyers... patulong naman po. san po ba dapat magbayad ng bail? my brother is in jail due to violation of Batas Pambansa 22 (bouncing checks law). the case was filed in a court in manila but he resides in cavite. first time namin gagawin to. sabi nung trial court sa cavite wala kasing available na judge (mga naka-leave) kaya pinapunta kami sa court branch sa manila. may mga requirements pa pala kami dapat i-accomplish.

     

    Ngayon ko lang uli binalikan yung warrant of arrest (hindi nya kasi natanggap yung mga notices and summons), and the paragraph about the bail says this:

     

    "The bail for the release of the accused is fixed at <bail amount> which may be furnished by the accused either, (a) by depositing the amount thereof with the nearest collector of Internal Revenue or Provincial, City or Municipal treasurer who should transmit the same amount to this court, or (B) by furnishing a personal bail bond subscribed by one (1) or more solvent sureties whose solvency may be shown by their land tax receipt and..."

     

    Di ko na tinapos yung buong paragraph.. pero pwedeng mag bayad ng bail amount sa BIR or sa City/Municipal treasurer?

    I have a prophecy... at the end of his term Duterte will be China's biggest problem. All the while he gave in to accommodate China.. letting them know that he's a friend... but China gave nothing back but a straight face that WPS is theirs. Duterte then pulls his card and berates - with malulutong na mura, China... and goes to the US.... just as planned...

     

    Now the next administration has... whoever f#&king idiot we elect... and US on one side... and China is cornered...

    Gins win! I only caught the second half... bakit parang hindi masaydo ginamit yung mga main guns ng Katropa? The import and castro saw limited minutes tapos yung import lumabas ng court during the 4th quarter. wat happened?

    AFTER nearly three decades of storied participation in the PBA, one glamorous teameasily one of the leagues biggest drawsis reportedly being sold, with its star player being peddled in trades.

     

    The Inquirer learned this from a very reliable source, who asked that the team concerned not be identified at the moment other than it belongs to one of the two powerful groups in Asias first professional league.

     

    The star player, a former Most Valuable Player who is also a valuable marketing commodity, has in fact been offered to numerous teams, including one of the two expansion franchises last season which politely thumbed the deal down because the player is too expensive.

     

    Some members of the team know that the franchise is up for sale, with Unilever and the SM Group reportedly the potential buyers.

     

    The same Inquirer source bared that the other stars of the team being sold would most likely find their way to its two sister teams.

    The transfers would be done using conduits since sister teams cannot be involved in direct trades.

    We heard from the grapevine that there is a 'Black Wednesday' party going on around the Pasong Tamo area. No first hand info - puro 'kwento sa akin, meron daw ganito....". Pasa-pasa lang ng info... College girls hang out there 'daw'. Anyone scouting the area or near the area that also heard this?
