I DRINK AT LEAST 8 glasses (12oz) a day.

FRESH FRUIT SHAKE and Smoothie: I BLEND MY OWN USING FINE FEATHER ICE AND FRESH FRUITS. NO ICE FOR SMOOTHIE. IT'S HEALTHY AND TASTIER AND CREAMIER THAN THOSE COMMERCIALIZE BRAND>
