Just came home from Cebu. tried Zubu Chon-- sarap! must try when you're there.

They also have a stall inside the depature area of the airport, so it's easy for you to bring it home to manila.

Another fave of mine is Kare-kare.

adobong baboy and manok-- this filipino dish is usually my barometer if the resto is ok or not. whether carinderia lang or sosyal na filipino resto kung hindi masarap ang adobo, mag sara na sila! hehehe....

Aling lulu's in san juan. they use Lechon kawali as toppings for their pancit. yumyum
