Wanted to try diving. Where should a newbie try to swim with the fishes first?

You might wanna try Aquaventure or Vistamar in Makati. It would depend on the instructor but the schedule is pretty flexible.

Check out dive will obviously be in Aquaventure for AV instructors and Dive & Trek or Vistamar for VM instructors

from Pililia, I think its another 30 to 45 mins to either Lake Caliraya or Daranak Falls, 20 mins to Paete, and another hour to Pagsanjan
