Almost 4 months na akong naka-transfer to the BSP from a call center. And I can say that it doesn't matter kung may backers ka or wala, kung sa pre-employment medical eh hindi ka pumasa. Of course, almost everyone knows na medyo unhealthy ang lifestyle ng mga call center employees (puyat, inom, yosi, etc). One good thing about the pre-employment medical ng BSP is talagang mapipilitan kang mag-lifestyle change kung gusto mong makapasok talaga.

 

Yun nga lang, medyo kailangan din ng lifestyle adjustments since na-cut almost in half ang salary ko sa private, pero since stability and job tenure naman ang kapalit, ayos lang din naman.

Swerte mo pre, nakuha sa lifestyle change. Ako bumagsak sa medical, still transferred to gov't eventually though, pero hardcore public service ang office namin. Almost as stressful nung private sector pa ako kahit hindi na ako supervisory role dito.

Ganda benefits dyan sa BSP, d lang talaga para sa akin.
