  1. Nasa isang club ako last Friday, had a few drinks then waited for this dancer/gro na kakilala ko na din a few years ago pa, we went to the VIP room, we did the deed kaso hindi ako nag-condom, apprehensive ako since Saturday morning pa, any advise guys? Thanks in advance

  2. Dear Digong,

Sana sinabi mo na lang "i dont trust her" period.

"Shut up!"

Walang bastusan dong.

    I love you and always take care,

    everyman

    Dear Digong,

    Kampi ako kay everyman!

    Dear Everyman,

    Talaga binastos niya si Mariz Umali bro?

    Mas maganda sabihin n'yo sa harap n'ya 'yan

  3.

    Aldrech Ramos or KG Canaleta from Mahindra are good trade options (height + outside shooting)

    I dont see any potential for Ellis right now unless he reinvents his game, lagi na syang starting 5 pero wala pa din mapiga si Cone at hindi din maasahan sa dulo.

    Parang mas rookie pa sya ngayon gumalaw kumpara ke thompson

    The thing is, nasa kanila na noon si KG, na-trade din, maganda lang ke KG for his height me outside shooting s'ya ditto with Ramos. As for Ellis, laging nasa starting 5 kaso walang magawa, once in a blue moon lang na me magandang magawa sa loob, maski sa defense hirap din, pag napasahan ng bola naghe-hesitate tumira, 'di gaya noon

    yup la and scottie good combo.... 6'1" si scottie di ba? medyo maliit na back court but scotties athleticism makes up for it.. sans he could shoot the long ball more consistently and LA to regain his outside shot accuracy...

    Thompson can play both the 1 and 2 position, tingin ko nga pag nahinog na s'ya at 'di ma trade s'ya na ang heir apparent ni MC47, 'wag lang sana nagbabasa ng MTC si MC47 at baka pumalag hehe....

    Ellis cant dribble drive... shooting form for jumpshot eh sablay na!

    nandun lng cguro ito S5 for defensive purposes lng.

    As for ellis, i think he should improve yung dribble nya and shooting... ang play for him is fast break... an option outside the 'equal opportunity' kuno na triangle hehehe i am seeing him as another tubid... anyway that is kung mag improve shooting nya at dribble... he can also transfor into a defensive stopper

Meron na silang Douhit at back-up in Slaughter at Fajardo.

  5. How is James Yap a big no no? He is still one of the deadliest shooters in the league.

  6. I learned about this TV-series when i read about it dito sa mtc, unfortunately wala kaming cable, but then again nakakita ako ng DVD nito from Season 1 to 3, it was definitely an epic series, me mga napuna lang ako, mas magaling umarte/gumanap si Andy Whitfield kesa ke Liam Mcintyre, si Quintus Batiatus (lanista sa House of Batiatus) medyo hawig ke Kuya Germs. Thanks to mtc, I also learned about The Walking Dead na astig din na tv-series..

    sometimes i can't fathom siot's system. kawawang kerby :(

    Admittedly maganda ang laro ni Billy sa substitution pattern na ginagamit ni Siot so babad s'ya along with Rico sa loob, pero nawalan ng playing time si Kerby at maging sina Jensen at Maliksi. Tingin ko dapat nila ayusin substitution patters nila, matangkad si Rico pero tingin ko natural position na babagay sa kanya is the no. 3 spot, ilagay si Kerby sa no. 4 at si Mamaril sa no. 5, Siot is only using several players at 'di dapat ganun, dapat me variations din..

  8. Noong Bmeg ang naglalaro ng physical laban sa Ginebra ok lang pero noong sila na ang medyo napi-physical ng RoS dami nilang reklamo, ganun talaga iyan finals na eh, para naman silang bago ng bago sa PBA, hirap lang kasi sila in matching-up with the beefier RoS players kaya ganyang ang dami nilang reklamo.

  9. My simple equation for the present BGK:

    Jaworski = Caguioa + R. Villanueva + R. Maierhoffer

    Caguioa represents the scoring prowess of Jawo and his never say die attitude including his manner of attacking the basket.

    Rico V represents the heightened emotion and the physical game of Jawo.

    Rico M epitomizes the "no fear" attitude of Jawo in getting rebounds and in blocking any opponent no matter how big he is.

    Hope these 3 guys will be given more playing time always.

    as long as guys like maierhofer, ababou, rico v, maliksi will be given playing time, they'll surely contribute and deliver. wag lang ulit magkaroon ng amnesia si siot :D si canaleta nga inaagiw na sa dulo ng bench...sayang ang galing nito.

    For me, Mark had already asserted himself as the heir apparent of Jawo even before that "passing of the torch" thing last Sunday and I hope he continues to do so. As for Rico V., dapat siguro damihan n'ya ang paglalagay ng powder na nilalagay ng players sa kamay para pampakapit sa bola, dahil pag binigyan s'ya minsan ng pasa it's either nawawala ang bola sa kanya o parang 'di n'ya malaman ang gagawin n'ya lalo na off the dribble eh. For Rico M., tingin ko mas ok na ilagay sa No. 3 spot (o small forward) si Rico M. dahil para sa akin manipis s'ya para sa power forward position, si Arwind manipis pero mahirap maitulak, kasi kung ang makakatapat na ni Rico M. gaya ni pingris mahihirapan s'ya, at pangalawa advantage 'yun pag nasa # 3 spot s'ya dahil he is around 6'4 o 6'5.

    Kung bakit pa nila kinuha si Canaleta. Sayang ang career ng batang ito kung binabangko lang ni Siot. Such a would be superstar, nilulumpo ng walang kwentang coach. Also I still believe in Mamaril. Kaya nga kapag nadidikit ako sa bench ng Ginebra, magalit na si Siot sa sigaw ko, eh, totoo namang wala siyang kwentang coach.

    The problem with Caneleta is his consistency he can score more than 20 in a game then a big fat egg on the next that is why coaches use him sparingly.

    Kaya nga eh, sayang, paano magkakaroon ng consistency si KG kung laging naka-upo, I'm sure he is raring and ready to play.

    Galing sa isang forum:

    I think Coach Alfrancis Chua is the logical choice to step up and lead BGK. He's got the swagger that's really made for BGK and coaching style that would benefit the whole team. We need to have a coach that would realize the potential of our bench players like PRM, Maliksi, Ababou, Canaleta and even Mamaril, and I see that from Coach Alfrancis. He should adopt the run and gun style of play that made BGK the crowd darling. Hopefully, SMC realizes this and bring back the BGK of old.

    On the side note, one of my dreams is to see a former BGK to finally coach my beloved team. I noticed that ever since Jawo retired, coaches who handled our team from Caidic, Uichico and Siot all came from San Miguel. I know that it's SMC's decision to bring them to BGK but wouldn't it be something to see true blooded Ginkings like Jarencio or Bal David handle our team?

    Nakikita naman natin sa laro ng Ginebra na si Alfrancis Chua laging nakatayo and egging on the players, sana break-in muna s'ya as coaching staff then eventually maging coach na, Coach Al sana nababasa mo 'to..

  10. Top 10 Ginebra imports

    1. Billy Ray Bates – Though unang naglaro para sa fabled Crispa Redmanizers back in ’83 and according sa nabasa ko, that was the most memorable part of his playing career;

    2. Michael Hackett – Unsuccessful with his 1st stint with Ginebra back in ’85 but finally won a championship when he teamed-up with Bates noong third conference ng ‘86;

    3. Wes Matthews – Spectacular import, , a former L.A. Laker, kaso ‘di nanalo ng championship with them when they went up against alaska whose import is one named Sean Chambers. Me anak named after him na player din;

    4. Jervis Cole – Replacement lang pero hard-working import, help Ginebra came back from a 1-3 deficit to clinch the title over shell;

    5. Chris King

    6. Chris Alexander

    7. Torraye Braggs

    8. Carlos Briggs

    9. Henry James - Nakakulong daw according sa nabasa ko for dealing cocaine;

    10. Darren Queenan – Matindi sa slam-dunk, later played for purefoods.

    Other Ginebra imports worth mentioning:

    11. Jamie Waller – Kamukha ni Iron Mike Tyson

    12. David Noel

    13. Keith Gray

    14. Clinton Wheeler

    15. Tommy Davis

    16. Ryan Fletcher – Also called as “the great white hope” as he is the first white/Caucasian import to play in the PBA after many years of mostly having African-American imports;

    17. Leon Trimmingham – Magaling according to scouting reports kaso nga lang ‘di yata nakapag-adjust sa PBA brand of play;

    18. Lou Massey - Lawrence "Sweet Lou" Massey is a 6'5 beefy import that played for Gilbey's Gin in the pre-Jaworski days. Massey once scored 85 points in a PBA game.

    19. Alex Coles - Technically 'di talaga nakapaglaro para sa Ginebra dahil he is a few centimeters above the height limit, pero nakasali yata sa slam dunk contest where he jumped over 4 dancers/cheerleaders and Noli Locsin, nanonood pa noon si Laker great Michael Cooper and he is just amazed at what he saw, recently we saw NBA and even college players (in the U.S.) jumping over people but Alex Coles already did it way back in 1995. I remember a clamor back then to allow him to play for Ginebra dahil dehado naman talaga ang Ginebra sa line-up nila back then but all that went for naught. This was during the pre Marlou Aquino and Bal David era.

    20. Frank Western – Around 6’5 or 6’6 but can shoot well from the outside kaso parang takot sa banggaan.

    21. Joe Ward

    22. Sylvester Gray

    Really our problem lies in the fact that our inferiority complex shows up whenever a foreign coach shows up in our country.. It happened with Ron Jacobs or Tim Cone (early in his career) and it has happened with Toroman. You get to hear arguments like these coaches are taking the jobs of purebreed or local coaches when they don't bring new to the table. For Christ sakes! This was the very reason why our brand of play stagnated. When Ron Jacobs came in he brought a whole lot to the game even at PBA and the rest of the teams/coaches adjusted or adapted to it. This is what employing foreign coaches is all about, the transfer of technology or new learning's. Instead of absorbing what can be learned and adapting, these very people waste their time thinking that they don't need to learn anything new and pull everyone down (paging the likes of Yeng Guiao). Heck, SBP should have a consistent program for local coaches as well to train abroad for them to continuously learn and improve. In time this well bear fruit for there is no quick fix to a complicated problem. Now that were back in the semis after how many years I hope that we don't put that to waste and continue the program. If we don't retain Toroman's services then I sure hope we get someone better and also with a rich experience in the international scene.

    Even the other Asian countries now have a foreign coach hindi ba....
