I wonder if this fits in your categories, anyway, may I inquire. I have a OFW friend, barely 2 months in Saudi Arabia. Credentials (i.e. Trans of Records, Diploma, Contract, Etc...) was to be submitted by recruitment agency (Manila) to employer in SA. But, problem is, the recruitment agency closed na daw. No way to contact said agency, as of writing. Employer said to friend, need to submit credentials within a month or else, ibabalik sya sa Pinas. Could you point us out, how to go about in dealing with this? Any help will be appreciated.

Follow up Q, hopefully it will be the last... since you have stated that it is presumed valid, until proven otherwise... would it be wiser to AMEND (file change of entry) it before it can be proven (or not). Para at least sigurado na, and that would give the party, peace of mind.

First Q: Ang relief na hinahanap nang friend ko na sana daw, legitimate ang anak niya, na ang apelyido is yung sa ama, kaya daw niya finorge yung pirma (with the consent of the partner na nakabuntis, na wala na intention pakasalan yung babae). As of now, wala pa yata balak pumasok uli ang lady friend into a relationship. ergo, wala pa future hubby.

Second Q: I-amend ang birth cert... Kasi, am thinking, valid ba yung birth cert na pinirmahan nya na forged? Common sense dictates na hindi dapat, sabi ko sa lady friend ko, tanggapin na lang nya na illegit ang bata, at dalhin ang apelyido nang babae. Kaysa naman palsipikado ang papeles nang bata. Tama po ba ang aking logic?

The signature of the father in the birth certificate does not make the child legitimate, it is the indication of a marriage date of the mother and father. So what should be removed here is the date of marriage, not the father's signature.

 

If the mother indeed forged the birth certificate, the father can only remove the date of marriage through a court proceeding. A petition to amend entry in the certificate of birth of the child.

If the only course to set things straight is to "file a petition to amend entry". Is it necessay na mother ang mag file? Kasi mother is out of country as of writing, pede ba mag execute sya SPA for the lola of baby? Pasencia na sa istorbo...

gentle people, may i seek your wisdom in this scenario:

my friend got pregnant nang walang kasal, and then gave birth (partner is out of country at time of birth). lady friend, forged signature of partner, para di lumabas na illegitimate ang bata... further, partner has shown signs that he is not interested in marrying the lady anymore, thus di pwede ipalegitmate ang baby in the future.

am no authority whatsoever sa ganitong situation, but i am sure what she did (although in good faith) will bring more problems. could you please provide some insights on this? and possible remedy.

am very surprised at the many restos in banawe now... i used to live along banawe since the early 70's to the late 80's... am quite sure my old neighborhood is now gone... naabutan ko pa ang han pao, they serve great spiced chicken feet and congee... and of course the nostalgic ma mon luk, almost at corner banawe and q. ave.
