  1. In that case, you don't have much of a problem.

     

    Do you have the obligation to pay the homeowners' due? Well, it depends on your lease contract. Does it stipulate that you have to pay for it? If it doesn't, you don't have to. You may cease being a member altogether.

     

    Simple lang yan tol: ano ba ang benefit na nakukuha mo as member? Yun lang ang mga bagay na pwede nila matanggal sa yo.

  2. Well, they can file a collection suit against you for your unpaid dues. But that scenario is very nil. Rarely do homeowners associations file cases against their members. It just sends the wrong signal to the other members.

     

    what i think they'll do is to make things incovenient for you, i.e., not collect your garbage, not open the gate when you're entering the village, etc.

     

    it's not an exclusive subdivision naman sir like may gate for the village yung bang may mga guard, wala na po ganon...saka for somebody na just renting the house..obligatory po bang mag bayad sa homeowners due eh technically di naman ako homeowner kasi m just renting...

     

    tapos po they are already doing the inconvenience since nagpapalaro parin sila sa court until midnight which really irritates me..kaya i'm resulting na lang not to pay the dues kasi parang ala naman ako napapala sa bwiset na association nila

  3. mga sir, may iko-konsulta po ako regarding association dues sa subdivision..diba meron mga homeowners association tapos meron monthly dues..

    though, ngre-rent lang ako pero nagbibigay ako ng dues...

     

    ang tanong ko po kung halimbawa ayaw kong mag-bigay dun sa monthly na hinihingi...may legal something po ba sila na pde ibato sakin..

     

    nababadtrip kasi ako eh...tapat ng court yung bahay namin eh nape-perwisyo na ako dahil dis oras na ng gabi eh tuloy parin yung pagpapa laro nila sa court...dinig na dinig samin

    yung ingay...kinausap ko na yung presidente ng homeowner regarding this matter but to no avail...

     

    kaya naisip ko wag na lang magbayad dun sa homeowners association something nila...

    meron akong isasangguni though commonsense tells me na talagang i've all the rights pero gusto ko sana basahin ng article or something yung may ari ng inuupahan ko bahay..

     

    meron akong inupahan na haus may garage siya then sa garage ko na na yun mata-tapyasan siya kasi magtatayo siya ng internet shop...gusto ko nga sapakin eh kasi inupahan ko yung property na yun and sa tingin ko wala siyang karapatan na gawin yun...

     

    although sabi nya eh plano palang eh hindi ko gusto yung plano nya...I need a word or phrase mga gurus to stop this f#&king owner of the house that i'm renting..

     

    ang sabi ko nga sa kanya dapat before pa lang nung may nagi-inquire sinabi na nya yung plano nya..

  5. how about yung decades metro walk....nakakatambay ako dito pag weekdays though medyo maaga pa around 8pm..

     

    napupuno ba ito unlike yung decades timog pagding ng 11pm eh madami ng tao..

     

     

    word of advise nga pala mga comrade...nung pumunta ako dito sa decades metro may promo dito eh buy 1 take 1..eh hindi naman ako malakas uminum isang san mig nga lang di ko na maubos.. kaya binigay ko yung isa sa waiter...

     

    maya maya kunti meron nilagay sa tabi ko na 2 san mig light na bukas na dont know kung yung isa dun eh yung bigay ko..

     

    tapos nung may pumasok na guest yun ang binigay sa kanila...di ba parang off naman yun knowing na bukas na yung binigay sayo...

  6. hi,

     

    I've a question on filing a tax for contractual employees. being a contractual employee can i include my receipts on food, clothing expenses as deduction when filing an income tax.

     

    If i'm wrong pls give me guidelines on how to file tax for contractual employee. my company gets 1% tax every payday as tax.
