  1. worst thng i did sa breakup i cease everything reminding of her. i resigned being a stock exchange broker, i cut all communications (pagers, cp, etc), the next day sent her a note i love her but we need to find what we really want first... i feel so sad then, i meditate by myself, keep solace, then after several weeks im ok, we communicated a year after,there was really no closure because that incident affects future relationships unconsciously i guess

  2. have tried sogo alabang mejo mahal at maliit ang place at madami tao labas pasok, me nakasabay pa kami na kaibigan, kapitbahay, officemate... haay. sa sogo bacoor ayun ok dun sa taas maganda konti tao, discrete at madali pumunta very accessible.... me nakasabay lang kame na officemate ng ex ko once kasama nya isa rin nyang officemate (workmates sila), im not sure kung me sogo sa stamesa pero parang once me tinry ako na walk in ung unang unang motel dun, ang hirap dami tao, tapos di accesible at walang sasakyan na taxi if u need one, pag kotse wala naman dun parking

     

    un pa lang experience ko dun, gusto ko sana itry un sogo sanpedro pero parang nasa may market ata un matao masyado at sogo guadalupe masyadong busy street

  3. for me regular oil with more frequent internals, studies show that oil even if synthetic disintigrates and get contaminated with carbon, metals, etc which causes abrasions, cloggings in the engine itself, so if u use synthetic but u change oil once a year then you are actually doing more harm than good to your car, its better if you do the regualar maintenance schedule every 5000 kms or every 4months, then tune up every other change oil. even car manufacturers themselves does not encourage synthetic oils with lesser intervals, nor the use of additives.

  4. ang strength ng slimmers would be their trainers, and health consultants... and in working out with them, u get measurements regularly to see how u r progressing... so scientific ang approach and methodological... plus they dont rely your workout routine to machines solely... u use weights and aerobics for the complete workout. so theyre actually better than the new ones

  5. complete ako sa eqpts na sa bahay kasi kinompute ko ung nabayad ko sa gym dati ... every month plus ung sakit ng ulo sa gym na yun.. (we know ung gym na maraming complaint sa billing, na me libreng bag, baso, tuwalya etc) so naisip ko bili n lng ako gym eqpt nasa bahay anytime pede sa gabi paguwi o sa araw pag gicing plus kahit anong suot mo ok lang, u can rest din, and best of all the whole family can also share di ba, so money wise this is good, then if u want to go to a gym, me per session naman.
