My PC is dying

MSI KT4AV Motherboard, Athlon 1.8

Here are the symptoms

1. It started hanging around 3-5 times

2. After one of those hangs, Windows is starting(Windows logo, progress bar, black back) it now reboots evertime

3. Then, when reformating/reisntalling Windows XP...PC doesnt not respond to PS2 mouse movement...cant complete reinstallation because it goes back to #2

With the convenience of a touch pad, ill will have :

1.) places to go (beerhauzez)

2.) people to see (dancerz, groz, startletz)
